Couple of PS3 Questions

Is there anywhere I can see my game times for games like LBP that don't seem to have a clock? I know the Wii has a section of the Nintendo channel where you can see a list of all the games you've played and how long, so I was wondering if this had something similar.

I had another but I forgot. Maybe I'll remember later.

Your saved game info usually has that info. Go to your saved games and highlight your last save for the game and it should pop up with a bunch of information.

Here is one. It says my tv is 1080p but in the manual it only says 1080i (and the 360 also reads 1080p). What would you recommend I set it to (I got all the options apparently 720s and i's and the whole here let us clean your eyeballs for you). When did TVs become so confusing? Back in my day all we cared about was size (although we had to walk 2 miles uphill both ways in a blizzard to watch it).

Yeah, mine said mine was 1080p too even though it's only 720p. I just let the silly thing do what it wants, though. I've come to grips with the fact this machine is absurdly complex so I don't even try to figure out what it does.

Last time I let it do what it wanted it ate over 20gb of memory and asked me to let it run for 8 hours straight. I have since been able to account for 4gb.

WHAAA?

I don't even know how to see what percentage of my HD is taken up. I've pretty much mastered: play game, look at trophies, look at friends list and change avatar. Past that this thing's on some Mystery Machine type craziness like Scooby Doo.

It is in the system settings thing. One of them will tell you how much available space you have. That initial update you got eats up alot. And as far as I can tell it takes up 9gb just to run (or they lied and only gave us 111gb HDDs.

Upscaling. Set it for all of them and the PS3 will determine what is best. The PS3 OS will usually upscale you to 1080 but games will usually force you into whatever format the game supports.
