Quite possibly. The longest. Movie. In history. Seriously... wow. I'm pretty sure no editing was done on this film and they just filmed 3 hours worth of material and then added special effects to every second of it. The special effects were well done for the most part, though most scenes with battling bots were impossible to follow or make sense of - imagine the cat and dog fights from the Loony Toons you watched as a kid, (clouds of dust and flailing claws and teeth) only with CG robots. The camera work was way too tight to be able to distinguish the action and not only that, but it happened way too fast. When Megan Fox said this wasn't really a movie about acting, she wasn't kidding. |

I almost saw it but sitting in a theatre for that long is just too much I'll probably wait for the dvd double feature version. |
