I'm having no problems with the controls, it's everything else. The corny ass soundtrack, the straight up retarded story and dialog, the awful voice acting, the long ass cutscenes that're just trying to be XTREME, the bullet barrage intensity. It's just so damned lame. :? |

Who doesn't love a game where a boss takes over 20 minutes with no checkpoints and they can one shot you even when you're behind cover? Fuck this game. |

Golden Sun 3 is a real dud. This game is ten kinds of lame cakes. It's so goddamned dull. Battles are drawn out with absolutely no challenge, cutscenes go on FOREVER and no one ever says anything ("No one says anything?" "That's what he said." "I heard him." "Really? You're sure you were paying attention when he said they go on forever?" "I'm sure!" "Guys! Stop fighting! We need to focus on the cutscenes."), the story is retarded (we broke something and need to fetch a part before we can figure out what's wrong with the world in a sequel). It's an absurdly mediocre effort. It's not bad, it's just not quality. |

:lol2: That's funny. I haven't played this game, but this is a scene all too familiar. |

I'm an hour and half or so in Beyond Good and Evil. I like it a lot. I'm a big fan of the photography. I'm not sure why it doesn't have a full amount of trophies, though, considering this was previously a retail release. Oh well. The other game I ended up getting with my PSN card was Monkey Island 2. |

Was enjoying BGE, not so much now. Funny how much an annoying ass 3 hour dungeon can ruin a game for you. I call it the Zelda effect. :? |

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. Today I've lost sum total about 2 hours of data due to bullshit. First time lost a half hour when I glitched into the scenery. Now I just lost about an hour and a half of game time because it froze while loading. So yeah, all the time I've spent on this game today has been for nothing. Should've been manually saving but my dumb ass said, "No, you don't lose data for a game over, so I'll just save when I'm ready to quit." Seemed logical enough considering I can count the times I've lost more than a half hour of data due to a game's bugginess on one hand after literally hundreds of games, but hey, I'm also the chump who has lost all of their progress that they've made today. |

I never understood the hype, I played the demo back in the days and hated it. |

I liked it when it was photography and exploration. When it turned into a Zelda dungeon, I lost patience. When it kept glitching out on me, I was even more frustrated. |

Dolphin Gun, Destroyer of Worlds

Those are the best parts, the later parts of the game are stealth sections. :ack: |

My bus trip game time has been monopolized lately by Etrian Odyssey III, the game is tough! I was sooo lucky when I beat the 4th boss, all the party members in my party was one hit away from KO for the last like 6-7 turns, good thing the boss suddenly becomes stupid and starts spamming status effects and miss, on to the last stratum!! also playing Neptunia, I like the game so far but the story doesn't seem to be going anywhere, hopefully it will get better also playing Earth Defense Force 2017, that's what you call mindless fun! kill everything in sight! really liking it so far :) playing Muramasa also, pretty fun so far, I chose the lesser difficult setting cuz I wasn't ready for some frustrating bosses like some in Odin Sphere. |

I am slowly playing Ys II. I have not been dedicating a whole lot of time to gaming this past week due to being so tired from work. This week is going to be much better though, so I might be able to finish the game this afternoon. Also, Kknd, Ys I was not a 3 hour game. I spent about 9 hours playing that game. Perhaps it is because I enjoyed talking to all of the npcs in the game after every major plot event. Or, it could just be yet another example of how much slower than others I tend to play games. |
