LA Noire- Not liking this game at all. How is this NOT a GTA game? It feels EXACTLY the same. "Oh, but now you're a cop, so you get to do boring shit like walk in a circle until the controller vibrates." Also, my first interrogation was an unmitigated disaster. The game's all like, "She could be lying. Do you think she's lying? I would press triangle if I were you. Press that shit. Press it." And I'm thinking, "I have 0 evidence that she's lying. Maybe I'll just press doubt instead." Which causes Cole to say, "Motherf---er, I know you're lying! I can see it in your beady ass eyes! I should shoot you in the forehead right now and through you in jail forever! I'll do it, I'll do it, cause I'm cuh-cuh-cuh-crrraaazzzzzy!" To which the witness (yeah, not even a suspect) responds, "I'll never speak to you again!" Can't blame her. |

Yeah, this game isn't fun. At all. It's going back. It tries too hard to be "real." Meaning it's boring as hell. Walk in a circle until you find evidence. Drive in real time through a city. Walk at regular human speed. All the things you wish were in your favorite games! And this much hyped facial recognition stuff? It looks TERRIBLE. The actors are over-exaggerating to try and get it to register and it looks super unnatural. I'll take Uncharted or Enslaved any day. At the rate I'm burning through games, I'll be cancelling this subscription after a month (cause their selection suuuuuucks). Also, I think between this and GTA:SA I can safely write off ever playing another Rockstar game. I really, really hate their games. Sorry Yellow Comatose Epiphany. In Half Life 2, I am in Nova Prospect. This is one of my favorite parts of the game. I love having antlions at my beck and call instead of constantly trying to kill me. My friend is staying here for a while, so I get to play his copy of Portal 2. This game is so awesome. The new elements that they introduce, such as light bridges, laser redirection puzzles and gel that makes you bounce higher and move faster is awesome. The excellent sense of humor from the first game is fully in tact. In fact, this game is even funnier than the first game was. It is, also, longer. Portal 2 is awesome. |

not liking ivy the kiwi on DS AT ALL, for a game that simple, it's pretty frustrating... that and the control sucks, this game makes me want to throw my DS at the wall. |

Epic Mickey is... there. It's serviceable. The camera is crap, but it's not a bad game. I just haven't felt compelled to play it. |

It sucks to hear that GT5 still has such horrible load times. With all the data it installs to the PS3's harddrive, you would think it wouldn't have those issues. |

Playing Hyperdimension Neptunia, maybe my expectation is a bit too low from all the negative reviews that this game got, but I really like the game so far, and the graphics is better than I thought too. Oh and I'm getting pummeled by bronze trophies, which is a plus I guess :P also playing Y's IV: Dawn of Y's for PC-Engine (Turbo CD), another Y's with that old school battle system :(, the game looks sharper than the on SNES and the animated cutscenes are pretty nice, so far it looks like it has the same chars and same location comparing to Mask of the sun, but the story is different. Can't wait to start Y's V where I can actually swing my sword playing Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals on DS, it seems they change the story around a bit and cut off part of the game. I don't like how they scrapped the whole magic system and dumped down all the IP skills. I guess it's understandable since this is an action RPG as opposed to RPG. They also took out the world map :/. also playing Folklore, the game is pretty fun so far and the graphics is decent for a 2007 game, I like the boss battle in this game, it reminds me a lot of the legend of zelda. The story is kind of weak though like it's a girl who tries to find out about her mom's past and another man who tries to figure out why a random woman is seeking his help and the whole story surrounding her death. also playing Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, I'm playing this with three other friend and it's fun, the game is designed to be played by more than 2-3 people so this is NOT a game that I would play alone. Having beaten the three DS Castlevania games and 80% of Symphony of the Night makes the game much more enjoyable since I know all the characters. The game is kind of short though, we played for about 4 hours and we're already halfway through, that includes time that we wasted because we got owned by the bosses. |

Folklore will get a lot more complex with a lot of twists and turns before it is all said and done. IT is an excellent RPG. It drips with style and atmosphere. I really liked that game. |

How is it possible to play four RPGs at the same time? The stories will mix together, right? |

I know Lufia 2's story (replay) and more or less Y's IV's story so it's not that bad :P |

I played the Duke Nukem Forever demo. It was like any other modern demo. You get like five minutes of gameplay, and it really doesn't help me decide if I want the game or not. |
