I'm hooked on Wipeout HD again. Trying to go for the platinum this time. I'm working on an elite campaign, just need 8 more elite golds but they are hard as hell. I already got the trophy that people say is the hardest one, but I am looking at some of the others and they look downright impossible.
I'm not gonna lie: When you pulled off the Zico trophy, I was definitely impressed. I've not been impressed by anyone's trophies yet. I hope you pull off the Platinum because that really would be something to brag about.

:salut:

Started Final Fantasy V. This'll be my third attempt. First time, got distracted really early in. Second, I made it decently far, but messed up, missed a dungeon and then would've needed a lot of backtracking to remedy. So, third time's the charm. FFVI took far more attempts than this and I eventually made it through that, so here goes nothing. :D

I am 30 hours into sacred 2 atm. It is a good game so far. I am really enjoying it, but the menu system is very clunky. The controls are a little odd as well. I am playing a temple guardian, and they cannot use e2 handed weapons.bo got a killer sword from some undead general guy, though. The map in the game just keeps going and going. No magter how much I explore, I have, still, only explored a small portion of it. I cannot even find an area that gives me decent experience at level 18. Wherever it is, it is too far away. Can't find it

New Super Mario Bros... hmm... got tired of the mandatory backtracking (same thing with the wii version), why do I have to go back to an old level just to grab an item I need to get the gold coins or secret passage? If I need that item, make it available in the same level!! The secret exits are easier to find in this one comparing to the Wii version though, I'm at world 8 already after warp cannons.

I've started playing The Saboteur. I am liking it so far, and the story seems interesting. However, the camera seems a bit wonky so far, though I may get used to it as I continue to play. One funny thing to mention is that before you even see the main character, you see like three sets of boobs, so this game can't be all bad. ;)

I do have Ninja Blade, I got that cheap when Hollywood Video was closing, but I never did get Velvet Assassin.

The screen is WAY too damned small for Space Invaders Extreme 2. With the crazy backgrounds and screen size, I've killed myself on more damned shots that I didn't even see than I care to count. Add that to the fact it's come to my attention that I hate shmups and we're not looking at a $5 well spent. Also: The branched path approach is retarded.

WHOO! Just finished the Fire Castle with 13 seconds left to go. That was WAY too close, but I did get all the chests on my way out.

3:40
Bartz- Knight/ Double Grip- 15
Reina- Geomancer/ White Magic- 15
Galuf- Sorceror/ Double Grip- 15
Faris- Ninja/ Counter- 15

I've got Bartz basically treading water until I make him Samurai/ Double Grip.
Reina's going to be a White Mage/ Time Magic, but I'm teaching her Earth Magic now, so she can help out in random battles.
Galuf is going to be Sorceror (Magic Knight)/ Double Grip. So now, it's just a matter of training him up in that class.
Faris is going to be Ninja/ Rapid Fire. She was a monk to get counter to sub with while I train her up in Ninja and Ranger as they unlock.

The Saboteur is amazingly fun. I haven't had this much fun in an open-world game since Vice City.

The missions are really great and the action is plentiful, especially every time I reach a level 5 alarm, which puts every Nazi in Paris on full alert. Even when you are not in a mission, there is plenty to do. All over France there are many Nazi things which need to be destroyed: things like propaganda speakers, anti-aircraft towers, sniper towers, tanks, and so on. By destroying these things, you are awarded contraband, which is like currency that can be used to buy weapons and such.

Also, by destroying these things the player gets the added benefit of making the missions a bit easier. For example, lets say that I am on the run and fleeing the Nazi troops, this can be made easier if I had earlier removed some sniper towers or a road block.

The game also has a cool style of presentation as well, in that the areas of Paris that are under Nazi control are all in black and white (and red), but the areas that have been liberated will be in color. This is simply amazing to look at, and when traveling from one area to another the transition is seamless and so very cool.

I am currently about 30 hours into this game. I've read online that if somebody just wanted to do the story alone, that the game could be finished in about twelve hours. What would be the fun in that though? This game is a blast to play, I think. So far, I am enjoying this far more than I did Red Dead Redemption. I remember buying the game for about $20, so it could probably be found for even less now. I am not finished with the game, but so far The Saboteur is on track to get my highest recommendation.

Been pimpin' since pimpin's been pimpin', pimpin'!
I downloaded Ocarina of Time on my roommate's Wii, and started playing that yesterday. I beat the Deku Tree and made my way over to Hyrule Castle, where I'm currently trying to make my way around the guards. I'm still trying to get used to playing this game with the classic controller pro. No major problems yet, but I really would like to have the old C button layout of the N64 instead of using a stick.

I feel like I've been playing FFV for like 20-30 hours and yet my clock tells me it's only been 7 or so. Getting close to finishing World 1. Got new jobs which are unuseable until I get new equipment for them. I found this out after quickly getting my ass stomped by a surprise encounter in the meteor quest.

I've been trying to 100% Prof. Layton 2 before playing the third. I was able to do the first without too much fuss, but this second one's been insane. I had three puzzles stump me to the point of just shutting off the game. Beat two of those tonight (the hidden garbage one, the last knight's quest), but the stupid disappearing marble one is holding me back. One I beat that, I'll unlock the last puzzle house and those'll be my last ones to 100%. I've even downloaded and solved all the DLC. I think I've spent more time on these three puzzles than the rest of the game at this point. I'm still in shock I finally solved the garbage one.
