So I put ACiT away and I just felt like playing MGS4 for some reason. I pop it into my PS3 and my last file was saved on 5/24/09, exactly one year ago! CRAZY! I also have all the statues on this save file so I can get the solar gun which I have never used before. Might try to go for that big boss emblem now which I have avoided because I though this game would eventually get trophies but I guess not.

This is, without a doubt in my mind, the absolute worst designed dungeon I have ever played in 10 years of RPGs. I originally thought it was going to be like the towers from Rogue Galaxy where it was something that people just made unnecessarily hard. Nope. I've spent 2 hours in here. And I have progressed not one goddamned inch. I finally thought I was making progress, hit the next switch and it sends the goddamned thing back where it started from. And to add insult to injury, there are only 2 goddamned enemies in here. But to make up for it, there are TONS of them on narrow walkways, where they will chase you down. And they give crap EXP. This game gets one more hour because it has such potential, but if I'm not out of this $%&^ing dungeon by then, it's done. |

Told ya  I ended up using a guide for it.... made it so much easier. It was annoying trying to figure it out, because there were so many enemies in there... back and forth. Getting pissed just thinking about it  |

The dungeon's big as is, it's all one giant rotating puzzle and there's absolutely no indication of what you're supposed to rotate it into. It's just randomly rotate until you can get somewhere. Oops! Wrong switch, that just rotated you back to the initial position! :x |

I think I missed a page, cause I don't remember you saying you picked Eternal Sonata back up at all. But yeah, this puzzle is asinine. There's no reason for it at all. It's gotta be there to inflate your time, because the whole thing is just entirely out of place with the dungeons and puzzles in the rest of the game. Fight through it, get help walking through it or something, and move on. Once you're done with this, the rest of the game sets up with no big issue regarding this sort of crap ever again. It's entirely one of a kind and man oh lord does it suck ass. |

Finished the 2nd case of Phoenix Wright. Man, what a great case. The ending was kind of rushed considering how much work the beginning took, but really good stuff. I'm enjoying it much more than AJFA. I'm kind of torn whether I should replay that once I finish this because it'll be more impactful in order or if it really is just a weaker game (some of those cases were just lame) and the little bit of extra awesome I'd get wouldn't be worth the time investment. |

FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST!!! What a deceptively simple "puzzle." Rotate to other side, bump it over, boom, done. The extra stations just obfuscate the solution and the lack of a map combined with the big size made it hard to figure out what was happening. Plus, you never know where the exit is at any point. I slaughtered the boss though from levelling off those crappybit enemies. Funny thing is, while I hate that dungeon, I still love the game overall. It's too pretty to stay mad at. :D |
