Started Crack in Time. This game is AWESOME. Great first two levels. Story's good, dialogue's back on point, I'm having a lot of fun and things are pretty exciting in the game.

Question for those who've beaten it: Are all the secret trophies plot related? I don't want to spoil it any more than I already have (saw some stuff relating to a general and know the final boss), trying to see if there are accomplishment based ones in there.
Cool, we can play it together. Thought you already beat this one for some reason.

I think it's hilarious so far. Right now I am on the third sector, but finishing things up in the first two (first one is completely done though).

Yeah, it was starting to bother me that out of the 4 games I bought with my PS3, I hadn't even touched 1/2.

I'm not a fan of this overworld map. No siree. What're the random satellites? Do I need to do those annoying take down 20 ships missions? Where's the detail on what I need to make an "incomplete" planet "completed?" Is there any way to know how many requests are in a sector or is it just fly around til you see a yellow beacon?

I was gonna shove some whisky on the chick to get her drunk while I get to cheat my way through with a beer but damn, I chose the wrong one and got stuck with the whisky (she got the beer)

No daylight, I'm too weak to face it!
I'm trying to decide what to go to next. I just finished up Mass Effect 2 with all the achievements yesterday. Not sure what game I want to jump to. Sacred 2 has alotta work left, but it's more labor intensive that I feel like getting into.

I want to play Breath of Death VII. But it not having cheevos discourages me. I need Xbox to hurry up and start adding cheevos to indie games so I can play the ones that interest me.

I think I may try to clean up some cheevos in Boringlands. I'm just not sure if that's what I want to do. I need to finish Phantasy Star 2.

Okay, so apparently all will be revealed with a magic treasure map at the end of the game for beating the Raritanium Tourney. So, I'm just gonna do the planetoids and what I can find on my own on planets and save the rest for later. Especially cause some need later abilities.

Anyway, I just entered the third sector. First is 100%ed, second all the planetoids are done and I've done all the requests I could find. Who knows if more are hiding somewhere.

I think Monkey's Island followed by Resonance of Fate are my future goals. Problem is I have episodes 4-6 of Blue Toad Murder Files at the end of this month, followed by 3D Dot Game Heroes on 5/11 and Episode 2 of Sam and Max Season 3 on the 15th.

What is one more genre to burn out. FFXIII has me about 98% burned out on RPGs.

That is the reason why ROF is still factory sealed :(

I have been playing RB and GodFather 1.

Sorry nate, I haven't really played because I bought a PSN game which I have been investing time into (Hustle Kings).

To answer your questions, a planet is complete when you have collected the Zoni, and gotten the Gold Bolts. Not sure if it has anything to do with weapon upgrades (collecting them for Constructo Weapons). And the skill points, obviously not.

The free world is ok. It's just going to make the game longer. Here is a tip, in the second sector. For a free skill point, follow the comet (directly behind it) and after a while it will give you a skill point. My ship started with 200/200 and ended with 10/200, but don't leave till you actually get it. Also, when fighting the 20 ships to take down satellites, if you do it in the first or second sector (forget which one) without getting hit, you'll get another one (got that somehow on my second satellite I took down lol).

My buddy told me about the treasure map, but I am doing as much as I can now, even though it will increase my play time. Once you get the ability to fix time anomalies on planets (Clank must finish Sector 3 in the Great Clock), it will allow you to get even more Gold Bolts (the ones frozen in time you may have seen...).

I'm calling foul. I've been shot up multiple times now in last place on the first lap. THERE'S NO ONE FREAKING BEHIND ME!

Edit: I'm done with this. This is no longer fun. It's a shame that this final section is so poorly handled with cheap tactics because the rest of the game was so incredibly done. I mean, I've finished the game, I just haven't ranked in a chunk of the final singles or the tournament. In 3 hours of game time, I only took down 3 singles, though, and had absolutely 0 fun doing it (especially since it was a crapshoot whether or not the game would let you).

Edit 2: Great, this is turning into Fallout 3. Where I want to just be freaking DONE already, but can't put it down. And all its doing is make me dislike it more and more. Which is no end of frustrating because I loved this game, but this goddamned end section is AWFUL. I've only got Sebenco and the tournament left, so I keep talking myself into "just finishing it up." :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall:
Man we must have completely different playing styles or something because the last campaign was by far the easiest and most fun one for me. The fast speed gives you so many chances to lift your nose up and easily barrel roll at almost every dip in the track. The only problem was not blowing up from barrel rolling too much. And by then, I had already memorized the tracks so well that I knew exactly what to do at every turn.

Yeah, that stage killed the game for me. I haven't touched it since and no longer have any inclination to play Fury. It's a shame cause I know I loved 95% of that game, but that last 5% killed the experience for me and left a sour taste in my mouth.

Wondering if I want to actually bother Platinuming this. That minigame is awful and the fact the silver cup begins with a turret mission (which I HATE) pretty much makes me incline towards, "Not worth my time in the slightest." And if I don't Platinum a relatively easy game that I enjoy, it makes me wonder if I'm ever going to bother again. Probably not. Maybe Uncharted 2?
