Black Label is just DLC for Mushihimesama Futari Ver. 1.5. It is not a stand alone game, but a game mode. There was a limited edition of the game that had this DLC included on a bonus DLC code card, but my copy is not the LE version. This means that I would have to pay the extra $15 for this Black Label game mode, which is really just a 2.0 (perfected) version of the game. Does that make sense? I will probably end up getting it eventually, but I am going to hold off for a while since the regular 1.5 game is enough for me right now. I know there is no way I'd ever reach that bonus final boss, but some of the other changes do sound interesting; $15 worth of interesting though?, that is the question. Thanks for the input kknd. Yo kknd, I didn't realize you were going to play inFamous or I would've started it instead of Fallout 3. :( |

Yazuka 3 They had the best idea for a sequel ever. They give you the full story from 1 & 2 in an easy to follow and optional form. Man the writers either watched to much Star Wars or got some serious daddy issues. Every other scene was "Luke I am your father" |

I just got a Game Over at the end of the first dungeon in Eternal Sonata. I don't know if it's more embarassing I suck so bad at guarding, annoying that I lost all that time or just depressing because now I need to replay it again. I REALLY suck at guaging distance in here and waste half my attacks on air. As beautiful as the game is (visually and aurally), this battle system reminds me very much of another (Valkyrie Profile 2), which I could not stand. Plus, this has got to be the absolute most heavy handed writing ever. |

Where dreams come to come true.

I enjoyed the system. Remember nothing about it, but I do like the way the system gets more steps as the game progresses. There's a point where it just gets to be a second nature. |

I started Metroid Prime 2: Echoes on Wii. These controls take a little getting used to. As do the dated graphics. The PS3 has absolutely ruined me. Anyway, played to the save point past getting back your missiles. And it feels like the first. Except without the awesome intro stage. Also, it reminded me just how much I HATE constant visor swapping. Just let me activate the freaking door without having to scan panels first. So yeah, I'll probably play this and Eternal Sonata together (along with Pokemon). We'll see. Almost guaranteed it'll fall by the wayside for being too similar to the first and having the misfortune of not being on PS3. |

Metroid Prime 2 is a crappy game; well, not really, but I hate the way there are safe areas and junk. It takes a game that is full of exploration and slows it down to a crawl, which just broke the flow and made me upset. I ended up quitting about halfway through this game due to the tediousness of it all. As for what I am playing, NSMB Wii, I have finished the game and I now have only two star coins left to obtain before the game is 100% complete. One of these coins is a real pain in the ass, and I've spent about 30 minutes already trying to grab it. I am going to give it one more go, but I had to take a break, because in my frustration, I felt like I was going to snap the Wiimote in half. I see that a few of you have already started Grandia. There is a 75% chance that I will join you guys by tomorrow. UPDATE! :yay: I got those last two coins. The one of them was very easy, but the other was one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do in a game. If you guys ever play this game, you've been warned, the third star coin in level 9-7 will destroy your hopes and dreams. There was much rejoicing when I got that last coin; fist pumps were involved. So played through the opening sections of Eternal Sonata. I actually do like this battle system now that I've got a grip on it (being able to perform special attacks so long as you have any guage left rocks). Plus, it's so freaking gorgeous. Musically and graphically this is possibly my favourite PS3 game so far. As long as I stay a fan of the combat and dungeons, I could really see this one turning into something special. What's the point of the photo special attack, though? So yeah, I'm playing 3 RPGs and an action/adventure game right now. Let's see how long that lasts. |

No daylight, I'm too weak to face it!

Wolverine... Every bit the fun beat-em-up I wanted it to be. Very much worth the $20 I spent for it new. Lotta cool features in the game that make it more than just a standard Marvel Ultimate Alliance game (Which is boring as hell). But the features don't take away from the flow of the game. 8) |

nate, The photos can be taken and sold, and the money you get from them depends on the rating you get. I really didn't bother with that after the third chapter. The story is very interesting, but reminded me of another rpg we have both played, beat and love, but if I tell you, it will spoil the end. It's a little different, but the end gets really weird and dark, anyway. Definitely a very pretty RPG. Let me recommend that when you do get to Chapter 3 and past that, do not give up. I got really frustrated with a few bosses and the dungeon for Chap 3 was so annoying, but the game is definitely worth it. Also, when you get the chance, one of the best parties you can have is Viola, Salsa, and March. Salsa and March are insanely FAST and will build your guage so quick. Viola has some good healing "all-party" healing moves once you keep using her, and I think having a built up guage will make that more powerful, too. Anyway, with that party, I tore through the game once I had all of those characters. |
