I am currently playing Cave Story 3D. This is a fun game, but I don't like that I'll have to play through it again to get the good ending. I had no idea there was a good ending until I checked the GFs forums for something else, so that's a bit depressing. Oh well.

there's no way someone can get the good ending without FAQ in that game...

I know right. How is anyone supposed to know that you're not supposed to take the booster?

I've kinda been addicted to GTA: San Andreas lately.. I've logged a little over 26 hours this past week, and I'm working through the Woozie missions in San Fierro.

I like how enourmous San Andreas is, and the varied environments that you go through. I really enjoyed playing through the segment where you unlocked the rural areas by the mountains in the southwest corner of the map; I bought the house there right next to the body armor. I love going on road trips with a motorcycle and driving on the highways through those rural areas to Los Santos. I've been impressed that the PS2 can render the environments as beautifully as it does as you're zipping along the highway at such high speeds.

Playing Bioshock 2, it's a good game, but a little too long for its good IMO, it's starting to overstay its welcome.

Same thing with Avalon code, I'm starting to get bored.

I beat Doom 3: Lost Mission, played a little bit of Halo Reach and beat chapter 4 of Metro 2033

Hey fs, how long is Metro 2033? I've only played a little of it, but I checked out the map of the tunnels (world map..?) and the place is huge! I really enjoy playing it, but the length of a game has become a large factor on if I actually play through it or not.

It isn't too long. It is long for a modern FPS, but it is no longer than Doom 3 or Half Life 2

EDIT: I beat the first episodes of Doom on Ultraviolence. One more to go, and it is going to be a bitch. I am very good at Doom, but Thy Flesh Consumed is a pain in the ass.

Playing Resident Evil 6, been encountering some problems that cripples this otherwise a decent game.

Too co-op oriented gameplay, not a bad thing by itself, but when you play the game single player, you end up not doing a portion of the game at parts where you are suppose to split up with your partner, it also runs by "checkpoints", meaning that you can't save anywhere you want, but then the game doesn't save at every checkpoint, that makes quitting a game a pain in the butt. Each area's exit requires both players to press "B" in front of a door, but when you play with a AI partner, that partner will often prioritize hitting zombies over exiting the area, creating some frustrating moments. Not to mention that the AI is not very smart and doesn't always save you in a timely matter when you are down.

The inventory space is really limited, and it gets cluttered after a while since every ammo type requires a different slot, 5 types of ammo and 2 types of grenades don't leave much space for herbs.

I beat the first three levels of thy Flesh Consumed. The second level, Perfect Hatred, is just evil. A cyberdemon on level 2? JAYZUS

The Binding of Isaac. I like that there are so many neat power ups and that I die often enough to get to experiment with them

Aaand I finished Thy Flesh Consumed. In doing so, I beat Doom on Ultraviolence, which managed to nab me two more trophies

Picked up and started playing DQ 9. It's a bit different than I used to and somewhat cutesy, but okay.

Love that game. Glad it was my entrance into the DQ series. I picked up DQVIII after but I haven't really touched it yet
