Where all your journeys commence. Swing by the Elm Research Lab, or Surf just a little to the East and visit the land of Kanto. Check out the surrounding areas for wild Pokemon, and head over to Cherrygrove for the Pokemon Centre and PokeMart!

If you're up for mystery, and a little bit of history, then look no farther than Violet City. At the heart of the city stands Sprout Tower, swaying much like a Bellsprout yet always standing tall. And don't forget the nearby Ruins of Alph, a mysterious place if there ever was. See if you can solve the mystery of the Unown!

While Azelea Town might be out of the way, and a little sleepy - thanks to all the Slowpoke from Slowpoke Well - it is certainly a must-see destination for any trainer. Stopping in for custom Poke Balls is a must, as is a trip to Ilex Forest. Who knows, maybe you can chance upon the legendary guardian of the forest on your travels?

YAY LETS GO SHOPPING! Plenty to see in Goldenrod City, with the Radio Tower, Magnet Train, department store...and when you're done with that, why not relax in the National Park, or participate in some srs bug catching on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The heart of Johto, historically speaking. Here, you'll find the Tin Tower and the Burned Tower, once home to the legendary bird Pokemon Lugia and Ho-Oh. But perhaps 'once' is not the right term? Perhaps there are other legendary Pokemon to be found here? Be sure to check out the dance theatre, as well as the surrounds including Mt. Mortar to the east and Moomoo Farm to the west.

A beautiful portside city that can be easily located by the tall lighthouse, lit by an Ampharos named Amphy. From here, you can sail to Vermilion City, in Kanto, or swim over to Cianwood City (via the Whirl Islands). Soak up the sea breeze and enjoy your visit!

Cianwood City may be on a small island, but that does not mean it is not without interest. Test your strength in the Cianwood Gym, buy medicines that you couldn't buy anywhere else in Johto...and for the brave at heart, try to navigate your way through the Whirl Islands. But be careful! Finding a way in might be easy, but finding a way out...

Try a RageCandyBar! Mahogany Town is a rather peaceful, small, town, but to the north lies the Lake of Rage, formerly a quiet and placid lake filled with Magikarp - but now a home to rampaging Gyarados! Keep an eye out for the rumoured Red Gyarados...

Once you've made your way through the treacherous Ice Path, watch out, for here there be dragons. Prove yourself worthy and maybe you can enter the Dragons Den, but beware. Only the best trainers can recieve such an honour.

The start of your adventures, if you hail from Kanto. Visit the famous Oak Pokemon Research Lab, surf south to find some interesting Pokemon, or head north and make your way to becoming the best that you can be!

While it may not look like much at first sight, Viridian City is in fact an important part of Kanto. It serves as the first and last stop for trainers on their way to becoming the Pokemon League champion, and not only that, but it is the gateway to the Indigo Plateau and the Indigo League. Check out Viridian Forest, if you're not afraid of bugs that is...

Discover a little bit of history with Pewter City's Museum, where you can examine fossils and learn a little about the moon! Rock with Brock, or travel a little further on to the famous Mt. Moon. Maybe you can find a Clefairy to call your own!

There's plenty to see and do here. Why not pay Bill a visit up at Cerulean Cape...or better yet, take your special someone up there for a date? Battle it out with Misty, or, only for the strongest trainers, enter Cerulean Cave...if you dare.

Your first point of call in Kanto should you travel over from Olivine on the S.S. Aqua. Another beautiful portside city, home to the Pokemon Fanclub, as well as Lt. Surge and his electric gym. Check out the nearby Diglett's Cave, or the long and winding sea route between Lavender Town and Fuschia City.

A sprawling metropolis, connecting Kanto to Johto via the Magnet Train. Visit the famous Silph Co., put your mind to the test with the city's psychics, and have easy access to many of Kanto's cities with Cerulean to the north, Vermilion to the south, Lavender Town to the east and Celadon to the west.

Where all the elites gather to battle it out in order to be the very best, that no one ever was.

Looking for a bargain? Look no further than Celadon City, home to the Celadon Department store. Be careful, though, the money you save might just end up blown on the Game Corner...

Fire! Come and visit the famous Cinnabar Island, and try a Cinnabar Volcano Burger! Or, for those of you interested in science, check out the science labs! Do be careful of the volcano, though - it IS active, after all.
