I'm going to go ahead and bet (No offence... beacuse this is how I was... lol ) that he just knows HTML... beacuse like last year I though I was pretty good... but then I took a class and was surprised that I am learning things... lol Like CSS and MORE HTML ha ha (But I am pretty good at graphical art things lol) But If you do know CSS and up then good for you... (Were still not hiring )
