Ok, so here's the story. Me and a couple of my friends are renting an apartment together. (it's a duplex thing....) We were doing just fine with everything. One of my roomates... we'll call him Jake... had just gotten rid of his psycho girlfriend, and we were living just fine. Well.... psycho ex thought that Jake was still dating her, even though he clearly stated that it was over and had started flirting, and fucking other girls. Psycho ex would not leave him alone until he sat down and "talked it out with her " He did and they agreed to be just friends. (whatever) Since they became "just friends" she's been over at the house constantly. And now they've started to date again. (because she's a controlling psycho freak... but thats besides the point.) Now to get to the problem. It is not that they're dating again. She bitches and whines, constantly. I mean about EVERYTHING. It could be the smallest crack in the ceiling and she will complain about it. She also has this god complex with the idea that since Jake is the first person with his name signed on the lease, he is the primary house owner. (which is not true, seeing as we made sure that there was no primary on the lease whatsoever.) And seeing as she's his g/f, she has this idea that she can just walk into the house whenever she wants and do whatever she wants in the house. She also claims that chores should be done by me and the other roommate Pineapple, and not by her b/f Jake or her. My friend comes over all the time and has had to do the dishes, (psycho and Jake's dishes) more than a few times. Just last week we had a cookout, with all of our family invited for a house warming type thing. My friend made chicken salad, psycho made tuna salad. BTW, no one in any of my, Pineapple's, or Jake's families like psycho bitch. Psycho was taking her tuna salad out of the fridge, (which probably tasted like shit) and dropped the container. With the exclamation of " I can't take this shit" she left the room, leaving the fridge open and the tuna salad all over the floor, albeit with guests watching her have her hissy fit. I then cleaned it up out of the sheer decency of trying to make the place look nice for family, and argued with her tentatively until she retreated to Jake's room for the duration of the party. She has also been spending the night at the house for 16 days straight. And bitching at me for supposedly yelling at her too much. (which i do... but what the hell am i supposed to do when she drives me so nuts that i want to bash her head in?) BTW, i have already mentioned my dislike of psycho to Jake and seeing as she's a control freak, she has him by the balls. Meaning that he has none to tell her to go home already. Or none to break up with the bitch. I am at my wit's end and needing advice so i don't wind up in jail for sticking a hatchet between her eyes. Please help me out..... (oh yeah, moving is not an option. Year lease, and can't leave till it's up. 10 months to go.) |

well it sounds like you and your other room mates need to FIRMLY tell jake that if he doesnt do something about her you will all up and leave him with the year lease! and if you talk to the landlord and tell him the problems he will let you out from under a lease if its serious enough! just threatin jake and let it be known that yall aint gonna take her shit anymore!! or you could take the more FUN approach, just make her life a living hell like shes been doing to yall, constantly complain about EVERYTHING, dont let up. just nag and nag, and nag until she either leaves, or gets the idea that shes is a super ultra mega cuntrag!!! im tellin ya if i lived there, and she was doing that shit to my house, and friends, it would be worth it to kick her face in and go to jail!! i sure wouldnt take it!!!!!!! good luck, MCL |
