Federowicz is currently being held on bond in the Warrick County Jail.

i was leaving the gathering and got caught in a traffic jam on I-64 i asked the truck driver beside me what happened and he said he heard it was a bad accident. all of us were standing on the side of the road and i was taking pictures of passing los and lettes who were walking by just hanging out waiting for traffic to move. once we started driving again and passed the scene of the accident i just lost it. i saw a hatchetman flag and faygo bottles and you could just tell someone had died, the car was in really bad shape. i cried my eyes out for the next half an hour atleast after that. i didnt know Kyle but i assume he had just had one of the best times of his life and now hes gone. it brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it. ill probably never get that image out of my head. R.I.P. Kyle Kirk. I send all of my love and prayers to his family and friends.
