Oh you mean like when Kovu and Kiara run from their prides when the war was about to break out and Kovu is all like "We can run away together!" And put his put in the air and wiggles it a bit, a smirk on his face as he goes "Start our own pride." As a child you think nothing of it! Like "oh he wants to start his own family and pride with Kiara! Awesome! That's so cuuute~" and as an adult it's like "Kovu totally wants to go 'start a family' with Kiara <_<"

I don't remember a LOT of sexual jokes in Disney, I'd have to watch the movies again. There are a lot that don't even HAVE to be taken sexually, but can be, which makes it funnier as adults because our dirty minds catch these things.

Lumiere and his secret meetings with the feather duster :P....my god is that candlestick holder naughty!! She's not any better either. It's cleverly put into the movie, but that one particular scene where he's supposed to be watching Belle's door to make sure she doesn't come out and he and the feather duster are behind the curtains getting a little friendly...if ya know what I mean :P.

Ah geez I literally was just discussing this with my friends the other day. A few other things I've noticed a while back. There's rumors that float around that you hear certain things said in the background or building don't exactly look...right haha

We reach the top of an abandoned building,
And surrounded by whispers,
Of dandelion fluff,
We're a song.

The ash-coloured ground,
Is decorated with light,
And wrapped in the soaring sound,
We're a bouquet.

I know right? And it's really just people seeing what they want to see some of the time. It isn't always there even though people say it is.

I don't know about anyone else, but I have been hooked on the movie Dorian Gray lately. I came across it the other night and haven't been able to get enough of it since. I love the story! I haven't read the book yet, it's on my list of library books to get through haha. However, the movie is absolutely amazing. It's the perfect kind of freaky. It doesn't scare the crap out of you but it does freak you out for a few hours after watching it because the story REALLY sticks to you. Have any of you guys watched a movie that had that sort of effect on you? Like, it really made you think or just freaked you out in exactly the way you were hoping it would?

I haven't seen Dorian Gray, so I can not have an opinion on it sadly. I feel like no one else here probably as either, so I'm going to move on to the next topic.

Compulsive spending. Do you compulsively buy things? Do you lack the will power to resist that shiney new video game? Can you not resist the pretty book that sitting on the shelf that you've been dying to read? Can you never say never to the vending machines at work?

That would be me.

I have a hard time saying no to things now that I have a nice and better paying job. I buy lots of things I know I shouldn't. Just yesterday I bought a new book even though I have 5 others to read already. I saw Divergent on the shelf and HAD to have it. I loved the movie and wanted to see the things they had left out in creating the motion picture. So far I don't regret buying it, however I know I didn't need the book and I've been buy lots of foods lately to comfort my stress that have caused my funds to go down. I think I have a problem.

Does anyone else have this problem when they suddenly have money? Do you just want to spend it all on all those nice things you couldn't have before? Do you buy them even though you know you could probably wait till next check? I've still got half my first check, and I'm half way to getting my second, so it's not as bad...but I still FEEL bad for all the spending I'm doing x_x

I HAVE THIS PROBLEM ON MY GOSH IT'S TERRIBLE!!!!

As soon as I have money (after I've put aside some for savings of course) I instantly have to go and spend it. No matter where I am. I mean, have the time I end up giving it back to the place I work at cause I buy coffee and food there so often.

The other day actually, I had money and my friends and I went to Wal-mart. I saw a tv show I'd been interested in watching and instead of just buying the first season, I bought the second season as well (third one hasn't come out yet) and my reasoning for this was because "in case i really like the show, that way I don't have to go back and get the second season."
Of course on top of that my friend asks me to buy her a new phone case and since I'm too nice to say no, I buy it for her. Then as we're leaving I see the second season of Hannibal has come out on dvd, which I need, and I swear I almost bought it but my friend stopped me cause she felt I'd spent enough for the day.
Yeah...I have no idea how much money I have left in my bank care now XD
But honestly, half the things I buy or spend my money on I really don't exactly need to spend it on...I'm not entirely sure if I've developed the guilty after math feeling yet or not

I have this problem too. Just yesterday I spent the rest of my tips on tulle for a Halloween costume...that I hadn't intended on making in the first place. A friend of mine wants to do this big Halloween decorating thing with her porch this year and wants us to be witches. So, along with the tulle, I have to get things for her decorations...and we made a list. But other than the stuff I plan on buying, I do buy things I don't necessarily need. Like, I go out to eat when I don't really need to; buy books/movies/tv series that I don't need to; pens and notebooks that I definitely don't need (I have a strange fascination with them); and I forget about the things that I do need and by the time I remember them I don't always have enough left. Having a job with tips is proving to be a little bit of a struggle because it's extra cash that I don't have to put into my account...which is both helpful and bad because of the reasons we all keep saying...we spend it! But at the same time it's the extra cash you'd pull out of your account anyways to have it on hand in case you need it. I think everyone has this problem haha.

Getting crushes on fictional characters. I think it's safe to say we all do this, at least all us females :P...however, have you ever noticed the TYPE of fictional character you get a crush on? For example...I always tend to get a crush on the bad guys, the sarcastic ones, or the ones who seem to be on the verge of going crazy or are afraid of going crazy in the end because it runs in the family (example of that is Spencer Reid from Criminal Minds; schizophrenia runs in his family and he's afraid it'll eventually get to him). Does the type of fictional character you crush on worry you? My mom is worried that I go to 'the dark side' too often and too far because of some of the things I say or watch or even write about. I noticed the type I crush on and going off of what my mom says and what other things I've noticed...but...it doesn't worry me. I LIKE the darker side of things and I do usually root for the bad guy (if there's a good reason to, if that makes sense). I connect with the sarcastic ones almost too well every time. What about you guys?

Oh goddess I can't even...this is so horrible. Not as in you're horrible, but it's horrible because I do this. A lot. Animes. Every anime there is one. I never really have a specific type I fall for, but I usually do fall for one. Sometimes it'll be the anti-hero/dark hero/vigalanty. Sometimes it'll be the crazy one. Sometimes it'll be the really good guy, though not often.

I don't really do it for anything that is "live action" or real people. I don't know why, but I never really got crushes on movie or TV show characters. I think it's because I knew they were characters. The actors were a different person outside of the show or movie, so I never really attached to them as the character. However if it's a book or animated movie/show of somekind I'm much more likely to develop some kind of crush. This is because, I believe, that to me these characters are only them, always them, and are no one but themselves. As strange as it may sound, they are more real to me at times than the characters actors play.

:P I know, I'm strange.

It's not strange...I sometimes get a little obsessed with someone, like I'll watch a lot of interviews and funny moments the actors have...but I don't go overboard and post pictures of them shirtless or stalk them.

Here's how it usually goes for me: I get really interested in a show first, then I pay attention to the characters; some stand out immediately but others take their time for me to like...then the small crushes start...and that's when I realize it's the character I like, not necessarily the actor; so I do have a limit apparently, which is good haha.
