Tak could almost feel the young one's anger lace the air between them. It was comforting, anger was something Tak was so used to. He could imagine the frustration Kaya was going through and it was amusing to say the least, so amusing that Tak couldn't help but grin at the young vampire.

Such conflict.

How dare he, oh but how Tak loved to dare. "I didn't ask if Toshi would let you go." He purred, stepping forward and circling around Kaya. "I could give a shit what Toshi has to say, the suggestion wasn't even directed towards him." Tak made a full circle before he stopped and looked down again. "So do you want to fly, or what?"

Kaya shivered as the older vampire circled around him. This would probably be his only chance to attempt to escape his master but then what? He’d spend the rest of his vampire life looking over his shoulder wondering when Toshi would make his move. Kaya was far too young to protect himself from someone so old and powerful.

Reaching out toward Tak with a shaky hand his anger had faded and left nothing but tired tears rolling down his face. His breathing was uneven and his whole body seemed to hurt at the prospect of what he was about to do. He was about to step forward and let this stranger whisk him away when he stopped suddenly, eyes widening in horror.

He was here.

He could feel him watching him all of a sudden which meant that Toshi wanted Kaya to know he was there. He must have been following Kaya since he left the older vampire earlier in the evening. Looking wide eyed at Tak, Kaya’s trembling became violent as pure fear took over his senses.

“He’s here.”

A looming presence that was hidden very well in the shadows made itself known. The clicking of heavy boots thudded on the ground as their owner moved closer to the pair. One was recognized right away. The other, it took a while to recognize, but it was known all the same.

“Tak, I see you’ve come to the surface once more. To what do we owe the pleasure of you gracing the world with your presence once more?” Clicking his tongue, he stopped next to the pair, keeping close to Kaya. He knew that eventually his little one would be persuaded to leave his side. Flipping his long hair over his shoulder, the vampire watched the one named Tak closely.

Moving to wrap his arm around Kaya’s shoulders, Tak pulled him close, keeping a tight grasp on the younger vampire that was his slave, his slave that this barbaric vampire was trying to take away from him. Smirking softly, Toshi knew he was interrupting Tak’s plans. He knew that Tak had let out all of those slaves, but he decided to let them slide. Fifty slaves could easily be replaced.

Tak watched with confusion as an barrage of emotion washed over Kaya. He was never too emotional and after being changed, he only grew worse. Hatred and anger were really the only two emotions he could seem to comprehend, to which he blamed Kato for that as well. When the younger vampire cowered back, Tak knew even without words.

The great and powerful Toshi, horse shit laced with gold leaf.

When he older vampire came out, Tak scanned him for any weapons, not that knowing if the man was armed would make a difference, but it was a reflex Tak had since he was human. The man was dressed in a rather civilized manner when compared to the clothes Tak wore, but his manner and speech were lacking.

"Is it a pleasure? I would hardly guess so." Tak purred, looking only at Kaya, to make the older vampire nervous. He couldn't seem to wrap his mind on how Kato could seduce something like Toshi....but maybe it was just him. He looked dead into the older vampire's eyes and could sense a posessive pain, apparently he didn't like others talking to his bird. "I was just having a chat with this friend of yours. Tell me, what do I owe the pleasure of seeing you?"

Kaya felt sick. He couldn’t believe that Toshi had picked that night to tail him about. His stomach was churning as Toshi slung a possessive arm around his shoulders. Taking deep breaths to try and steady his nerves he also tried to school his thoughts. The less in control he was of himself the more it would only betray him. He couldn’t believe he was about to give into this stranger.

He looked away from Tak and wouldn’t raise his eyes to his master. He’d be lucky if he didn’t get a beating when they returned home for this one. Instead he was perfectly submissive, head bowed and staring at the ground. He felt tiny and insignificant next to these two powerful creatures beside him.

Then Tak started baiting Toshi. Glancing up quickly he stared wide eyed at the vampire. Did he fear nothing? This was Toshi! Lord of this realm! Kaya didn’t know what to do with himself at that moment but Toshi’s arm held him firmly in place preventing him from taking any kind of flight to escape this horrid situation.

Tak was just as Toshi had remembered him to be. He was witty, but that didn’t throw off the elder. Rubbing Kaya’s shoulder soothing, feeling the other shudder slightly in this situation, he watched the vampire that had dared try to persuade his little one to leave him

“My presence is always a pleasure to whomever I chose to speak with. But for you, I guess it’s an exception. Tell me, what were you doing with my little Kaya? He has very important errands to attend to and he can’t be held back.” He patted Kaya’s shoulder lightly as he looked down at the red head.

Toshi’s attitude was nothing short of arrogant. He didn’t take Tak’s presence seriously and it angered him that the other vampire wouldn’t look at him when speaking. How dare he stare at his Kaya that way! He was tired of others thinking they could take advantage of his young messenger. He needed to get the child home and make sure to drill it into his head not to be caught up with these barbarians.

“Look at me when I’m speaking to you.” He snapped out. That show of disrespect was really bothering him.

Tak grinned at Kaya's reaction, it was always the same, no matter who it was. They were always shocked by his blatant disregard for manners around higher vampires. Wide eyed and shocked, he liked that look. More so, he liked the look the elder vampire got when Tak would only look at his possession.

"Oh no, a pleasure indeed, I always wanted to know how vampires aged." Tak snickered, staring at Kaya, purely to piss the older vampire off. He thought for a moment about how uncomfortable it would make the younger one...but that thought only flashed up momentarily. "I was merely talking with your gilded bird, nothing more. Too bad you don't let him fly while doing your errands, they always look so damaged with a leash." He eyed the red head up and down again, he could feel Toshi getting angrier and it almost fed his snide comments.

He was about to say something more when the Elder snapped at him. Out of reflex, Tak's eyes moved to lock with Toshi's, he hated how that worked. "Why? Who are you?" He taunted.

Kaya winced when Toshi snapped at Tak. From the sounds of things these two had some kind of history and he liked less and less where this encounter was going. As far as he concerned he was now only a doll trapped in a tug-of-war between two toddlers. It was only a matter of time that either forgot that Kaya was much more delicate than either of them thought and soon he’d be tossed aside the moment they realized they’d broken him in their eagerness to possess.

He was terrified, emotionally unbalanced, and just had freedom dangled in front of like a shiny bauble him only to have it snatched away just before his fingers brushed against it. Keeping his mouth shut he eyed the two older vampires warily and waited for the tension to finally burst.

Toshi hastily pushed Kaya behind himself as he growled at Tak. This man was far too arrogant for his own good. He gripped his hands into fists as he watched the foolish vampire. It boiled his blood at the way the other was speaking to him.

“You know very well who I am. I do not want you anywhere near Kaya, or I swear I will make you wish you were never born into the night.” He growled deeply and bared his fangs. They glistened in the night, waiting to taste blood. His one hand was extended behind himself to keep Kaya in place.

"Yeah yeah, does it make you feel better to be a household name old man?" Tak scoffed, his eyes only momentarily shifting from Toshi's view to look at Kaya. He was sorry this spat had to be over such a fragile bird, but the fragile ones deserved freedom more then others.

"Too late for that!" He laughed, he was trying to push the older vampires buttons now, knowing that only a few words and a glance to his pet made him so angry, sending him over the edge should be easy. "I already wish i wasn't born into this life, why else do you think I would try to incessantly try to fuck all of you over?!"
