I have to say it is hard to select my fav. episodes from SGA but I love Sateda. How you get to see something away from the city and about how another world and race where wiped out by the Wraith. I also like that they dived deeper into the character of Ronon. you got to see him struggle with demons he hadn't had to deal with while a Runner.
