So it starts off as saying "The future of the world is up to them" along with a picture that includes Solo, Geo, Sonia, Luna, Bud, Zack, and one more character who I don't know. The next picture includes a diagram of Geo and Omega-Xis in an area under construction. Geo is over looking the city, there are also diagrams of other characters. It says "The project is progressing smoothly." The last picture contains megaman, in a darker shade of blue, BUT Omega-Xis's head on his hand is different. It says "Transcode -003- Shooting Star." My guess: he is an Ace Satellite Police, like how Chaud was an Ace Offical. Well, lets let time decide who this mysterious chacater is.....
