Working On Background
|
silverado had suggested this idea, where one person posts about his/her tips which he/she thinks will help others with their photoshop/GIMP works. I don't really have any nice tips myself(as I am still a beginner), but picking a background with similar colour/texture/pattern to the render/stock is a start.

My first of many tips I know is learn the color wheel and how to use it. It will help so much with getting great color combinations. I have a link (have to find it) that explains a lot about colors and how to use the color wheel. Use the curves function to help enhance the lightness and darkness in a signature. I'll add in what I use when I get into Gimp. To get curves just go Colors> Curves. These two tips can be used for both Gimp and PS. |
