Which of the characters do you like the most, in terms of personality, battle abilities or both? I'll post mine later once I've got into the game a little more. |

I only use Edge so far... I switched to Reimi once to revive him, but other than that I've been all Edge. I heard Bacchus was cool so I might use him once I get him. Is he on disk 1? |

Yep, Bacchus is available on disk 1. So far I like Edge and Meracle the most, simply due to their quality melee attacks, both are ideal for the Blideside BEAT bonus as well which suits me perfectly. |

Story wise, I love Lymle and Meracle. They have such a great personality, kay. And her little nicknames are great. Meracle first meeting Sarah, priceless. "Oohhh chicken!" Reimi is great in battle in a bind, though I use Edge mostly. |

Huh, let's go through the entire list! Edge: Edge was my favorite character in the game. But I liked him better when he was the confident leader type, not the hesitant one that doesn't want to help because he thinks he'll mess everything up. Now, that Edge was so annoying. I lked how in the end, he broke out of that, and he just fought for the future. That Edge was the best. Reimi: I liked Reimi. I really did. She always had a slight sense of humor, and she just kept her head to the future, hoping for the best. Plus, she bakes cookies!  Faize: Ralz should know how much I liked Faize, how I beat the game once on Galaxy just to replay Galaxy a second time to get him instead of Arumat. There's something about him that I like. Even though he's often times modest and quiet, he's also knowledgeable and vengeful at times. I think it's interesting how he has two completely different sides to him. Lymle: There is only one word that could possibly describe Lymle: annoying. Yes, she was so annoying in the game. However, she had a very... catchy catch phrase, 'kay? Bacchus: I didn't think too much of him. He hardly seemed that important in the game. I just felt that he was a supporting character. Meracle: Meracle had a giant sense of humor, which make me take an instant liking to her. Like somebody mentioned above, the best part was when she called Sarah a "chicken" and started drooling! Myuria: I liked Myuria's personality. She was always strong, and even though she only had her mind set on revenge, she was a good person. To be honest, that part where she starts to attacks Crowe, I was hoping for her to fry him up! Seriously, I was! Sarah: Undoubtedly, Sarah is the funniest character in the whole game. Her innocent nature is priceless, and all her scenes are funny. I actually felt bad for her sometimes, like when she tried to "fly" like Welch. She always leaves people stunned, but in the way that they wonder whether or not her clueless nature is on purpose or not. Arumat: I don't care how good he is in battle, I hated him. I just did. I always seem to dislike those over confident characters. Of course, with the exception of Leon; I loved Leon!

Yes Fate, I know how much you liked Faize. You proved that on "another forum." So far, I suppose I like Edge the best. He's my best fighter at this point. |

In terms of character personality I love Meracle. And her fighting style is so nice. I like her for fighting as well cause her fast attacks that with the right gear and effects can be really good. Plus she is tiny kitty. :3 |

You know, I never actually voted and posted my own! So here goes: 1) Reimi, definitely Reimi at number one. I love her backstory, she has had to live with so much due to her 'power', yeah we'll call it power for protection of spoiler reasons. And in battle she is quite often the character I use the most, she is absolutely deadly and right up there with Maria in Till the End of Time. She might not quite have Energy Burst, but Savage Sparrows certainly makes up for it. She can make cookies and looks pretty good too! 2) Bacchus, in battle he is very safe to use, just like Reimi with attacking from afar. His machine gun attacks might not be the most powerful, but standing there spewing bullets everywhere is just freaking awesome. For practical use Black Hole Sphere is an extremely useful attack too which is guaranteed to hit everyone several times and charge your Rush gauge in next to no time. But I just love his character as well, the whole hiding in his optical camouflage is just pure win, particularly how it activates when he is in 'deep thought'. 3) Meracle, she is not one that I liked much to start with, but she really grew on me. Her character just gets funnier and funnier, whether it be trying to eat Sarah...or anything for that matter, just hilarious. As for in battle, while she may be unconventional her attacks can really work in your favor if used well. X Claw and Drill Spike alone are outstanding attacks. Aramut would probably be next, not so much for his character which is a boring imo. But in battle he pwns, Dragon Roar chains are always quite effective. |

New here, and have recently just finished playing the game. For me my 3 favourite characters (story/personality wise) are Edge, Faize & Reimi. Just to elaborate why, I found Edge to be a good lead character, most of the time anyway. He's a likeable guy and was always wanting the best for his crew mates and everyone else around him. Faize quickly grew on me to become one of my favourites. His friendship with Edge was good to see develop as he tried to become stronger and more like Edge. Plus his friendship with Lymle was also interesting and how they'd argue over silly little things (like over some cookies, and 'nappy time'). Though I didn't like how the storyline took him in the end, because I missed him from the group. Finally Reimi. It was mainly her close friendship with Edge that I liked and the fact they had known each other since kids and shared the same fate. The way she always accused him of being a pervert and that classic shower scene was a laugh. I did find Lymle annoying at first as well, but she actually grew on me. Despite her overuse of, 'kay. |
