Eww, Don't see why they would want to add a touch screen. Those just seem to be asking for finger marks all over them/dirt. And UMD is dead? So old PSP games won't work on it? lul wut.

I don't see why they keep playing about with the PSP. I thought the sales were not all that good? Why not invest some more money and times on the games department rather than the hardware.

Yeah, the touch screen would make it possible to make multi-platform games between the DS and the PSP. And they're replacing UMD with an iPhone-app-type arrangement.

I'm no expert on the matter. I don't know about the sales but the games department seems pretty good to me at the moment, although it could do with, oh let's just say ANENGLISHVERSIONOFSUIKODEN. But yeah, maybe this is a reaction to the release of the DSi?
