I was satisfied with the list of enemies and bosses in this game. Although the bosses in disc 1 did seem to be easier. Crosell did kick my butt a few times though. I like the fact that there were no random battles in this game. I am not a fan of random battles. I like feeling more in control of the game than to run 10 feet and be thrown into a battle when I don't want to. So, what was your favorite enemy/boss in the game? I will have to give mine a little more thought and get back to ya. too many to choose from. |

Easy wins have never been my style

I love a fight with a massive dragon, so I'll have to say Crossel, a typical powerful, but overconfident dragon always does it for me. ![]() The Belzeber and Belial duo was rather interesting as well. And I agree, I love RPG's without random battles, as far as I'm concerned they should be a thing of the past - having visible enemies just adds that additional realism element to the game as well. |

Random encounters can get a bit annoying after a while, especially if they're frequent and you just want to get back to the save point. I don't mind 'em that much though. Crossel was a good one, but I also enjoyed fighting the executioners as well. That big angel thing and the big glass octopus thing spring to mind. It's also good that they replace the Elicoor enemies when you go back there later, so it's a bit more challenging (though still a bit easy :P). |

I suppose that I agree crossel was the best. I had some problems with him when he flapped his wings. that probably killed me the most with him. he was the last boss of disc one. so he probably represented the ultimate boss so to speak for the first disc. however, i did like the sequence with biwig. at that point you weren't yet exposed to the creator buisness and the vendeeni still seemed like the main enemy. |
