Here are some significant NPCs. Eleyna Farrence  A Fellpool tarot card reader from Roak. Her surname is the same as Roddick, the protagonist of the first Star Ocean. She is most likely a distant ancestor to Roddick. Lias Warren  A Highlander from Roak, he is the captain of the Astral Knights. He has the same name as Lias Warren from the first Star Ocean. Due to the fact that Edge's party arrives on the planet 36 years before Lias met Roddick, it is entirely possible that the characters are the same or closely related. Gimudt  Lymle's grandfather lives in Tiliom Village on the planet Lemrick. Steve D. Kenny  Commander of the USTA Moon Base. Early in his career, Steve was one of the voluntary pilots in Professor Trillas' warp ship development program, and was also the first human to enter light-speed, thus earning him the title of "Hero of Light-Speed". After being assigned to USTA, Steve began to be involved in the developments of the space exploration program. His surname is the same as Claude, the protagonist of Star Ocean: The Second Story, and his father, Ronyx. It is entirely possible he is Claude and Ronyx's ancestor. |

Lias! It could very well be the same...maybe. I wonder how young he is in this game? Because we do know that clearly Cyuss is his son, and he is good friends with Ashlay - who is 57. (57-36 = 21) That is assuming Lias is around the same age as Ashlay in First Departure, hmm, I love how the game is linking with some Star Ocean characters of the past. This is one area that Till the End of Time clearly wasn't able to exploit and I guess disconnected it a bit from the series. ...why does the linking remind me of Suikoden V suddenly? |

Umm,cause in Suikoden V,a lot of the characters are from past titles?Like Viki,Georg and Lorelei? |
