WebBrowser Component: Smoother Playback?

Hello,

Having HTML in touch is amazing but my client is picky and wants the transitions to be as buttery smooth as they are in the browser. We are outputting large format video across 5 touch screens. Users can walk up and touch any of the screens to popup a webBrowser component to a local stored html experience. If the webBrowser can't be smoothed out on it's own, is there a way to smooth the output using interpolation, cache and blending? Any thoughts?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
