I AM GUNDAM! Posts: 9 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: Mar 3, 2009	So, you've registered on the forums or you're thinking of doing so. Well this is where everything starts to come together, as you think of the character you wish to create or become from the Soul Eater universe. There are two main types of characters: Custom and Canon.(A character who'm already exists) From the two main type of characters you have 3 options available to yourself, each with their ups and downs. Meisters: Spoiler: click to toggle Weapon Technician as a more literal name, they use weapon(s) at their disposal for the slaying of evil human souls and witches. Simple enough, though for the purpose of making this very simple any person who wishes to become a Meister has the option if they would like another person to act as their Weapon. With an alternative of having your weapon being apart of your role playing but with minimal interaction unless you wish to control both by having 2 profiles. Pros of being a Meister You have a wide variety of weapon types to choose from, there is any to fit your style. You control the flow of battle, with the weapon being there as your weapon. Cons of being a Meister You're responsible for the failure or success of any mission you partake in. You are always a target by those who follow the witch faction. If you wish to become a Meister, follow This to fill out your profile. Weapons Spoiler: click to toggle The tool used by a Meister with the ultimate goal of becoming a Death Scythe to be used by Shinigami-Sama himself. Your job is to protect your Meister. The same option for having yourself being a Weapon as a main and Meister as simply a way to move around in battle is acceptable. Though, it is much eaiser to either take control of both or act as a Meister apposed to a full-time weapon, but don't let that deter you. Pros You have the option to be almost anything you desire for a weapon, though be smart about it. Appearance and style is 100% up to yourself on how "you feel" You have a human appearance, as well your weapon look. Cons Cannot act without a Meister Actions dependent upon what the Meister sees fit. If you wish to become a Weapon, follow This to fill out your profile. Witches Spoiler: click to toggle The natural enemy of Shibusen, and wielders of magic unseen to the modern day society who is somewhat unaware that they exist. Each witch has an animal type attached to it, this doesn't mean your appearance but the magic you're able to use and the way that magic appears. Pros The freedom to move easily under the witch faction. You have the choice of following Arachne or your own path (With ADMIN approval) Soul Protect, can be used to hide your presence. Cons Meisters and Weapons are often after you to complete the final step in becoming a Death Scythe. If you wish to become a Witch, follow This to fill out your profile. Oh, for those wondering about Arachnophobia. Details on how you can join that, or be recruited by them will be coming in the near future once this is underway. I will also spoil, that there is the option for a select few Meisters/Weapons to change sides from Shibusen to Arachnophobia. Though more on that in the future.
