| Welcome to Soul Revolver. We hope you enjoy your visit. If you join Soul Revolver, you'll be joining the North American branch of the Soul Society. See, Soul Revolver isn't like any Bleach RPG you’ve ever played, this Roleplay is set in America, where new stories can be told and new characters can be introduced. We've really only kept the basic elements of the Bleach Universe, but we assure you it'll be just as wild of a ride. Grab your Spirit Shot and Soul Star (Take a look in the Handbook for plot info and a more in depth look at our setting.) and get ready for an adventure that goes beyond the scope of life and death. Hollows are getting more blood-thirsty these days, and seem to be multiplying like rabbits. They seem to be everywhere in a few cities, and you can't turn without seeing one of those hulking beasts. The American Soul Society and its Marshals are running around frantically, and are overwhelmed by these hollows. They can't seem to find the source of all of these monsters, or why they're appearing more frequently in those particular cities. Marshals are dying everyday, and so, the Research and Development Department decided to develop a poison that was designed to eliminate hollows, and has begun putting some of this poison in roughly half of the Stars produced. This poison has no effect on Marshals, but if it comes in contact with humans, it mutates their soul slightly, giving them access to hollow powers. When a Marshall dies, they leave only the Soul Star, the source of their powers. There are people with just enough spiritual energy to see these stars, and often take them, using them as good luck charms and the like. Eventually, they find a gun in their pocket, and they find by touching the center of the Soul Star, they literally come out of their body. Why? They're developing Marshall powers, but they're far different from Marshals... they call themselves Soul Enders, and they fight the Hollows that infest their cities and towns, not for the common good, but to stay alive and help their friends. Marshals begin to become aware of this, and so far, they're simply monitoring the Soul Enders. After all, the Hollows are overwhelming them, why not have some volunteers? However, they're also keeping an incredibly close eye on Adepts, seeing what they might do with these new-found abilities. You have a choice to make. Soul Ender, Hollow, Adept, or Marshal. The future lies before you, an unexplored new frontier, waiting to be mastered. Will you seize this chance, or merely drift into the sands of time? Arc one- Manifest Destiny Note: Player Characters cannot go past C Rank during this arc. Basically, this is an equivalent of the first arc of the Bleach anime, so things may be on a lower power tier, but the action and suspense will be kicked into high gear.
