"I... will...-" the boy still seemed just shy as before, for sure the combat didn´t particularly help him to relax. A strange group he joined, nevertheless... it was better than death. At least for now. He reached with one of his hands towards Firrah´s wound. He didn´t touch it, but still the warrior could feel chilling sensation on his skin, chilling but so much different than the presence of banshee before. This feeling was closer to a fresh breeze rather than the biting dead cold dark magic creatures produced.

It didn´t take long and he openly places his palm on the place where the wound was. It was gone.

"You´re learning quickly," Nirka remarked when the boy left to search for the goods Firrah asked him to. "And I like the way you think. If we destroy the body, he will have to find another one. Good for us, bad for the Order," she watched him searching the guests, her fingers slowly passing on the metal surface of the wand.

Aside of the numberous, perhaps ten sharp blades Ngye had attached to his hand, the patrons mostly had only little of weapons... one or two shortswords from the guards, a hunter crossbow... a bottle of alcohol. The money, however... almost every guest had at least a little of them, in total it could count minimally seventy or eighty golden niks.

"This is as much as I could find..."
Nive returned with five bottles of whiskey. "...and one bottle of oil for lamps, back in the other room."

Watching the boy approach him and raise a hand to his neck, Firrah relaxed and exposed his neck for Nive to heal the cut, breathing with relief as a the sensation of the cool breeze go against the wounds. When Nive walks away from him, Firrah runs his hand against his neck feeling no cut.

"Thank you."

When Nive walks away to gather the goods he required, Firrah looks at Nirka.

"Well I don't like looking at him, he creeps me out. But yes burn him so the dark order has one less body."

After his search through the patrons of the bar Firrah pocketed the money and taking the hunting cross bow and the shortbow, when Nive comes back Firrah approaches him.

"Which are you better at? Shooting or sword fighting?"

Handing over the weapons to the boy then taking the alcohol and headed over to the body, pouring it all over Nyge, sneering and growling with disgust of the mutilated undead.

Nive stood there, watching the dead mage. He seemed to be forgotten in his thoughts for a moment since he nearly jumped up when realised that Firrah was talking to him.

"Um... I... don´t know? We didn´t get to hold crossbows in the batallion I was in sir, but maybe-"

"Trouble," Nirka hissed loudly. "News spread quicker than we would need."

A fireball flew through the window and exploded on the wall. The spilled alcohol and clothes of the guests immediately caught fire.

"Uh-oh. Big trouble. Might have to leave in a hurry!"

A line of soldiers stood outside on the street. They formed a wall of shield, surrounding the tavern, cutting it off from the rest of the world. There had to be at least one mage standing behind them, for sure... and his intentions were more than clear.

"Burn it. If anything tries to escape, kill it."

"A dead is no good! Take the cross bow and keep out of site."

Firrah turns his head to look at Nirka, a plan formulating in his mind, drawing his weapons looking for a back exit.

"Nirka can't you use those rings and that staff to call for aid?"

Pushing Nive to find the back exit, looking out of the glass windows looking for the person who were casting the fireballs. A feral gutteral growl escapes his lips, he wanted to charge them and hack them apart but he had to use his brain and tactics. Moving briskly for the back entrance expecting an attack as soon as he would step out of the back door.

Nive took the bow, rather unsure what to do. "But... we can´t leave the others just laying in fir-"

"Oh shut up! You´d rather be dead?!" Nirka shouted on him. "I will see, the rings... I don´t think so, but maybe releasing some of the banshee souls from the staff-"

Of course, the back door was surrounded by soldiers as well. And the moment Firrah appeared, they charged against him. But the soldiers weren´t alone...

"Rix!" A spell flew towards him. Unexpectly for the mage standing behind the soldiers, the armour deflected this one as well and threw all the footmen charging against Firrah on their backs in a single mighty blow.

"What- ...there´s no time for that! Crossbows!" A group of three crossbowmen aimed their loaded weapons on the warrior.

"Working on it, give me just one more second! Cover yourself!"

"Yes you can, they aren't awake so they wont feel a thing. Come on boy! Get and do something useful! Come on Nirka hurry it up the place is on fire and I would rather be outside fighting these dark mage dogs!"

Firrah stared in amazement as the dark mages were blown down, drawing his twin axes he jumps to the wall where the door closes in when its pushed open so if anyway walked past him he could sneak up behind them and attack. But he also realized the downfall of his plan.

"I´m trying!" Nirka hissed, performing a spell with the wand simply standing in the middle of the air infrong of her.

A volley of crossbow projectiles stuck in the door Firrah covered himself behind. Luckily for him, the door was made of fine oak wood so the projectiles didn´t go through... and it took a bit for the crossbowmen to reload.

The dark mage standing behind the soldiers let out an angry roar. By the time the footmen finally got up after being hit be the deflected spell, he already made his was through them. He took a sword from one of them and hit the door Firrah stood behind by all his force. The weapon got stuck in the wood.

"Come out, coward! You have no chance to escape! Surrender now - and your death might be quick!" he raised his hand against the door, ready to cast magic against anything that could come out.

Nodding at the boy to get ready, Firrah's heart beating like war drums in his ears the thrill of the slaughter was coming to him as a red mist begins to cloud his eyes, letting out a bloodletting roar that he only used for big battles, hoping it might encourage fear in the soldiers.

Ripping the door open, with his axes ready seeing the dark mage there Firrah smiles and goes to launch a kick, his foot aiming for the mages chest.

"Show some respect! I am the Dark Beast!" he roars.

The mage, unlike the rest of the soldiers behind him, only laughed at Firrah´s roar.

His laugh, however, was short. The kick hit him before he realised what was happening and knocked him over on his back. The human guards backed.

"Gah, is that all you have!" the mage was back on his feet quickly again. "I will show you-"

A bolt from a crossbow flew out of the tavern and stuck into the mage´s shoulder. Nive.

"Naive... living..."
he took the arrow and pulled it out forcefully from his body, throwing it on the street, "...creatures! Enough of this!"
He aimed his hand. "Tempus temporis-"

The flash of the spell deflected once again. This time, however, the spell was too strong. Firrah´s cuirass cracked, the armour was damaged. Still, it has done its work. The killing curse was deflected and spread.

All the human soldiers standing behind the dark mage, swordsmen and crossbowmen alike, were dead.

"...and that´s what I´ve been waiting for!" Nirka laughed in an insanely high tone, still inside the tavern, holding Ngye´s wand floating between her hands. "Come forth, sisters! Return souls to these bodies! Make them all serve for us!!"

"What is that?!"
the mage stared at the trio. Finally, he realised. "Stop and surrender, now!" he made one final attempt, no longer so much sure about the outcome of the situation.

Firrah laughed at the mage who ordered their surrender then staring at the dead bodies, he knew that his armour had cracked but it would do for the time being, pointing the axe to the Dark Mage, Firrah said.

"This is what you get for coming after me."

Stepping forward, his heart pounding, his body had been responding with the excitement of the action rather well and it made him feel warm on the inside. Firrah raised his axe and swung it down violently aiming to split the mages head in in half.
