When Firrah walked down the numerous stairs leading back to the city, he could notice it was no more raining. It began to snow. Small snowflakes slowly fell down from high above the city, beginning to cover the roofs and streets of the city under him. He couldn´t see people yet, but it was clear that they will rather hide than stay in the unpleasant freezing weather. Not to mention that it was already night... Nirka followed him closely, floating above the stairs surface. "Where will you go now, mortal being?" she asked by her ghostly whispering voice. "A tavern?" |

The cold wind swept against Firrah, he tightened his cloak to keep the warmth in, he strolled down the steps, listening to the banshee Firrah chuckled, his eyes gleaming with evil brilliance or was it boredom? "It's cold tonight. Some people have to live in the cold, maybe we can help them keep warm? Particularly the orphans." Firrah smiled evilly "Where do you think we can get some oil? And where is an orphanage?" Firrah looked over the city landscape, personally he wanted to see the whole city burn to ash. But however he had other things to do first. "So much for making it seem like a damn suicide. Oh well, a bit of hack and slash wont hurt anybody. . . for too long." Firrah placed the note in his pocket and smiled. |

She kept following him, grinning a little after his remark. "I think people from the Order will like you. They loathe the life the same way you do..." She glided through the air. "I have to disappoint you tho. Most of the poor either work on farms at the ourskirts or in the laboratories." She thought. "Yes, lots of them do, the Teimzurrian Laboratories, lots of space for unwanted children..." she whispered. As they arrived to the city streets, they could see they were truly empty... it was a late hour already. She seemed to be fascinated by a snowflake, trying to catch it into her extended hand, but then blowing it away... |

"Loathe life? Me?" Firrah said turning to face her with a complete shocked expression, "I don't loathe life, I love life, why'd you think I want to become immortal for?" Looking along the empty streets, he felt the cold wind brush across him, snow fluttering around him from the sky above, he watched the banshee curiosly. "I don't kill children, I maybe a monster, but not that kind of monster. I wanted to put on a show for 'em." Firrah looked away, he too knew what was like to be an orphan, it made him into the man he was today. "I don't particularly care about this order of yours. You guys have the power I need, I am helping you for my own interests, always remember that. When this is done, I won't be having anything more to do with you guys." Looking down the dark empty streets, he pictured the whole city burning, this made him smile a little. "So, snow flakes eh?" |

"Do you not?" She smiled, trying to catch another piece of snow as it fell, despite she knew she cannot. "People I know did not become immortal because they would cling to life as you know it. They did because they wanted to stay on this world. Doing so has its cost, too." She watched a snowflake land on her hand finally, but in the end, it only passed though her ethereal palm... "You remind me one of my old friends," she turned to him, raising higher in the air. "He was a shadow mage. He was a great friend, until his sanity faded away. He didn´t care about friend or foe, adult or children then." She looked around. "Someone is coming. I sence life beings." And really, it didn´t take long until Firrah could hear heavy steps on the street and the clinging of armour. |

"I want my very existence to live on forever. See if our world was in danger by another being that would surely destroy us. I would help the goodie-too-shoes because I don't want to die, I don't care who else dies aslong as it isn't me." Firrah looked at her when she said 'costs', he tilts his head, removing his hood "What kind of cost?" Firrah looked down the cobbled streets again. "I garauntee you I haven't lost my sanity." Soon he heard the noises too, the clanking of metal, Firrah brings his hood back over his head and face. "Company, can you sense who they are?" |

"My master told me to kill you if you try to run from us," she said shortly on his sentence about changing sides. "I may ensure you tho, that if you keep standing at this side... I know about no other organisation that would have more potential to survive. Far more than any living being, even during the change of an era. Dark Order is far more older than Yegash himself," she whispered. "The price is nothing much, at least for the people who did so. Connecting your soul with an unliving object with the help of a banshee during a special ritual, it is..." she stretched herself, "and being loyal to your master. The Order will never let anyone disobeying to the Master walk aroud the world. Nothing in here is for free." Before she could tell him more, a group of two city guards walked from behind a corner. They went next to Firrah, they were on their night watch duty. "Haven´t seen a banshee accompanying someone for a while here," one of them remarked calmly. Apparently, the local army was used to the fact of which kind of forces Dark order used. She hissed on them. "Watch out, Rankuv, I´ve heard these can be quite dangerous..." they backed a little. |

“I know you’ll try to kill me. But I won’t be running away, I just want to get what I want than I’ll disappearing, as if I didn’t exist. . . Why the hell am I telling you all this for?!” Firrah snaps. “Connecting my soul with a non living object? Great sounds fun.” Firrah spat on the ground “My way is easier, you take what you want, when you want.” Hearing the foot steps of the night watch come around the corner, bring his hood over his face, his hands rested of his axe handles. “Yeah this is a banshee and she is dangerous. So what do you want!?” Firrah asked, his hands gripping the axe handles more tightly. “Speak quickly!” |

The guards stood in shock for a mere second before one of them took out his sword. "How you dare to talk to us like that!" He raised the weapon against Firrah, swinging it to cut him. "You-!" At the very moment Nirka simply passed through his chest by arm. The soldier gasped for breath and collapsed into the fresh snow. His comrade backed to a nearby wall. "This person is under the protection of the Dark Order," she raised her voice so it sounded like a loud hissing. "Try to harm him again and I won´t just touch your soul as I did now, scum!" She let herself fall down until she could face the lying guard: "I will simply take it." The soldier caughed and slowly stood up. She was watching him face-to-face all the time, no matter how much he tried to avoid her by sight. "What... do you want here?" he asked, withdrawing to the house wall as well. "We are looking for a place to sleep at. Do you know some?" she returned next to Firrah. |

Firrah laughed loudly, tossing his hood back, his hands raised clapping. He was slightly inpressed, he took out one axe and put the blade near his face so he could see his reflection. "How dare you speak to me like that!" Firrah roared with a sudden burst of anger. Firrah raises the axe up in the air and swings down diagonally aiming for the chest area, a maddened look in his eye, his mouth letting lose a loud angry, blood curdling roar. |
