Sony repairs. Your experience?

Hello,

On Monday, my PS4 Pro wouldn't switch on so I requested a repair or replacement from Sony.
I went through their site, filled in all my details, got a postage label printed, boxed it up and sent it away on Tuesday.
I've been checking daily to see if they've received it using their tracking system but as of now, it still says it's not received. However, I checked Royal Mail's tracking number I got on the receipt from the post office & it says it was delivered yesterday at 3:13am.
I'm getting a bit worried now that it's gone missing. I didn't think Royal Mail would deliver at that time of day.
Have you had any experiences using Sony's system?

Please help.
