We really need more members and with more members, more staff to help out. I really think we can get this site to be a pretty decently sized site. I will be working a bit on ideas for the place, so be prepared to see some new stuff coming up.

My boyfriend dumped me yesterday, and so I will of course end up being depressed and such for awhile and won't have the desire to come on here. I hope that the Moderators will be able to keep this place running as long as I am in need of my break. Hopefully Mandy will also be around to help.
With Spring well on its way, we all know that Summer is just around the corner. There are no more jackets or anything of the like. As a matter of fact, shorts and tank tops have come back. Sokuyo is hitting an average of 75 degrees.
We hope you enjoy your visit.

In the game or on forums, one is usually faced with Pokemon battles. It is hard to get far without Pokemon battles, as anyone who may want to stop you will almost always have stronger Pokemon.
In a battle there are two very important things to pay attention to: the health of the Pokemon ( ) and the energy of the Pokemon ( ). If either one of these falls to 0 (or 0% in the case of energy), the Pokemon will faint and you will loose that round of battle. If all of your Pokemon faint, you will have to either use a revive and potions to heal it, or you will have to rush it to the hospital (here called Poke centers).
Attacks
When you wish for your Pokemon to attack (it is possible for you to order a Pokemon to attack a human, though it isn't recommended) you simply tell your Pokemon what to do in your post. For example,
Example
Keele smiled. This would be easy. "Psyduck," he said, "use Double-Team to confuse the enemy, then hit it with Psychic while it's hesitating."
Of course, that isn't the whole post, but it shows how one might order their Pokmeon to attack. *One can also combine three attacks in a combo, like so:
Example
"Okay," said Keele, "Psyduck, use Agility, Tackle and Bite. In that order, if you please."
The refer would then write that the Psyduck used Agility to run toward the opponent, dodge the attack, then scratch and bit the opponent (unless, of course, if the plan fails).
*Three move combos may only be used once in a battle.
Certain moves can be used by every Pokemon, regardless of level or type. These are:
Tackle Leer Growl Bite Punch Kick
Pokemon must have proper limbs to use these moves. Magikarp won't be kicking anyone.
+Also note that these attacks, when used for a Pokemon who usually wouldn't have this attack, even if they would learn it later on when leveled up, this attack would be considered to be a "Normal" type attack. For example, when a Bulbasaur uses Bite, it would be Normal, not Dark.
