did you try removing all the unnecessary recolors? it's extra work for you, but that may be what's making the file so large. the game packages every single recolor you have in your game of every piece of cc that you include with the lot. i hate that, especially since the game refuses to pick up any maxis recolors. :(

that's large for a compressed file. it's probably all the recolors.

Nat, you need to make sure you save the file with a different file name, then it should work. :)

Yeah I figured that eventually :)

I've deleted the mailbox and trashcan recolours from my game, file size is till over 40MB zipped but it does have a lot of plant files in it

Just re-uploading it now

flowers are always a problem because they almost always come with a million recolors. thanks for taking the time to remove the mailboxes/trash cans. :)

Soo I'm trying my hand at this decorating thing.. lol. I usually just download furnished lots and play from there, you all have inspired me to try decorating my lots myself.

So I've been working on one of the apartments in the Malibu Court lot, and I'm nowhere near done, but just wanted some input as to how it looks so far..
