 I believe that the washer & dryer come from Fresh-Prince which you can download for free here:

They look the same. I don't have access to my game at the moment, but they are decorative objects only. I don't know where the other items are, but here is the washer & dryer. Sorry about no pics though, I won't direct link pics.
