I have all EP's, and the following SP's: H&M, Kitchens & Baths, Teen Stuff, Celebration SP's.

Lot is Fully Furnished.

 I am dying to find a loft in Philly. Until that happens, this FANTASTIC loft will have to be my virtual home (now, of course, I do plan to download more great buildings... A girl should have as many homes as she likes, right? LOL)

 I have to say, I louvre this lot!
I redecorated it and made the little nook upstairs into a full closet.
I am totally in love with playing this house.
I hope i can post some pictures soon. I'm trying to get my webhost account back up and running so maybe soon.
Can't wait to see what you got for us next.

 ok so your stuff is absolutely awesome and beautiful ! But the problem I am having is I can't not downloading it because it is a rar file. I have Windows Vista so I guess I can't download rar files. Is there any way you could make these zip files because I LOVEEEE! your work! So get back to me please. Thank you sooo much

 I downloaded the winRar and Im happy ! thank u though I kinda wish I woulda knew about it before there has been alot of things I couldn't download because of RAR . But I LOVE this lot and its downloaded !
