On (most) forums, there are different ranks/titles which signify the users abilities on the aforementioned board. The same thing is applied here on SimplcityX.

Administrators

Administrators have complete access on the board, and have the ability to do any (legal) actions against users with no explanation. They can ban any user(s), close threads, delete posts, etc. Administrators are the top-dogs at SimplicityX. besides control over users and board settings, members within the administration group of SimplicityX have the power over the Global Operator(s), including having the ability to override any (or all) bans and/or enforcements set by a Global Operator.

Global Operators

Like the administration, global operators have the ability to ban users and enforce rules. They help users, watch over topics, categories, and keep the peace. The difference between the global operators and the administrators is the levels of power. Though a global operator has much more power than regular users, they cannot change rules, etc.

Users

Users are of the norm at SimplicityX. They have the ability to post in threads that allow it, as longas they follow the rules and TOS, as well as any additional rules set by the administration. Users must follow all rules, or risk facing the required punishment, depending on which rule(s) they break.

Guests

Guests can view most threads and posts, but they cannot post/reply to any until after they register. They must also abide by the Rules.
