I thought I would take Maxis' dreary Federal Fortress and turn it into a livible house for my Bynars! This is the end result!  Lot size: 4x4 Type: Residential Price: $ 109,039 Played/Tested: Yes!  Unfurnished (except for kitchen and baths) 2 bathrooms 5 bedrooms (or 4 beds and 1 study) spacious living room and kitchen  special mention - the two driveways are usable!! I've included a picture complete with spaceships to show you! The effect is pretty neat. They kind of float off and "fly" away. (vehicles are not included!!
