Picture: ![]() Rank: Chuunin Specialty Class: Biography: Hokkaido Takahashi is a boy found in the land of water. He was found by Hokkaido Sasaki the sword sensei and that is how he got this name. Hokkaido Takahashi whose real name is kaguya sato is a polite young man who calls people by their titles like -kun and -sama so he never questioned why he is black and his family is white. He seeks the world to find out about his heritage but live in the Village Hidden in Mist so is trained to be ruthless and acts that way. He wanted to be in the seven swordsman of the mist but was fur to young and has not even completed the academy. He knows he has an element affinity for water so he is very interested in the second hokage. When his family gets killed and dad becomes sick he becomes very motivated and tries his best at the academy and privatly trains vigorously. After a few months at the academy takahashi passed most of the class and were some of the few who would pass my battling a shinobi of higher rank. It was a system created to tighten the bonds of the close nations. After being told were to go Takahashi set off to the place to meet Hyuuga Genroku the Yukikage Daimyou. After showing his skills Genroku gave him a pass and his basic mist shinobi tools including the headband. Now a gennin of the mist village takahashi was put in a sub team which he would do missions with once every while. The group consisted of Takahashi, hyuuga jin, Jounin master Masaro and another student. Takahashi then went to the mizukage's office only to see that he was sick and Yukikage Genroku was there instead. After the shock he went to his first mission which was to go get a hammer which some thugs where using to destroy a ship plus it was Genroku's hammer. Takahashi then was put into a new team consisting of him, Thor of the leaf and led by Raiken the Raikage. On their first team mission Raiken hadn't shown up and him and thor had to stop a riot in Takahashi's home town. Whent hey reached the scene Takahashi who was full of himself that day chose for them to split up and go seperate ways. After stoping half of the people on his side Tak was struck on the back by the enemy. After that takahashi went out of his mind and awoken his bloodline to kill all the opponents. Comming back from the mission badly hurt, Takahashi knew that he wasn't strong enough and asked to be trained by Genroku which he was accepted and thor was also chosen to join. They where then trained and join the swift without knowing it. After a month of training takahashi returned and set off on a huge jouney to prove his training. After leaving Tak countered enemies he allone couldn't destroy at his level but found ways. Along the journey Takahashi learned new jutsus and met new friends. Weaponry & Armory Weaponry ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Nai Kanadzuchi {Death Hammer} Picture: ![]() Damage: 35 hammer and spike hit, 25 every mace hit (upgradeable) History: This is a weapon forged by Genroku when times were simpler. It was used to forge other weapons giving it and old risty look, but really when washed clean it is made of pure diamond and gold. In old time Genroku created weapons with this then would use it to "ask" for cash if the customer didnt wish to pay. He also created a long range part of it to hit from far away. When turned longe range the string around the base is pulled releasing a diamond tether that puls the heads back into a bll form the tether is about 10 feet long giving the user a Mace or Ball and Chain feel. The user can also pull the tether and grab the hilt using as a one handed mace as it has become lighter. Specials Moves: Name: Jishin {Earthquake} Ck Cost: 15 Damage: 30, 50 if on an opponent + knocked out The user takes the death hammer and slowly fills it with chakra. After filling one turn of being filled the hammer is ready and glows a chakra aura. The user then slams it into the floor, sea, or lake. Creating a larg water pulse or earthquake harming people in the area as debree then flies in every direction which causes the damage after they have lost balance by the slam or hit them in the air. It was created based on the phrase that Lions are kings of the Jungle. This blade is quite amazing as it has strong offensive damage and a fine outer shell. No one in the Kuro Ryu has truly been able to bring out its true power due to them not having the correct ability. So this blade was locked away and considered useless by all students without the eyes to see its ability and great strength. Abilities: Shishi No Rai {Lightning Lion} Effect: Opponent loses an attack for two turns Ck Cost: 50 When filled with lightning chakra the blade transforms into its true form called Shishi No Rai {Lightning Lion}. This sword has been passed down to the elders of the clan for generations as a custom to perform their jutsus without harming themselves creating new bones. In the word their are only two weapons made like this and the other is a whip. This blade all though old has an amazing ability as it can actually disable an opponents limb if charged accurately by causing the bone to die temporarily. Whip Blade Ck Cost: 35 Damage: 40 This technique was made by Tak after seeing both Genroku at first use his amazing whip blade then Miwa use a similar duplicate of it during a fight. When chakra is inserted into this sword a blazing dark fire sprays out into all directions. Jutsus Name: Death From Below Ck Cost: 35 Damage: 60 Description: The user with blade in hand jumps into the sky they pour chakra deep into their blade and strike the ground near the opponent. the chakra then surges through the ground sending pulse th crash into the opponent as long as they are grounded and near Cost: 7000 Name: Cosmic Titan Ck Cost: 50 Damage: 85 Description: The user jumps as their blade is soaked, drenched and filled with an unbelievable amount of chakra. The user then tosses the blade in a spear like manner crashing straight into the ground point first. Once it crashes the whole area around it explodes with a huge burst of chakra destroying the surrounding ground. Cost: 10000 Name: Kensei Retribution Ck Cost: 0 Damage: 55 Description: Remembering his father's ways Takahashi pulls out his blade and sense the opponents weak place. Yet instead of simply striking it as usual he dashes striking the blood areas that flow to it harming the area even more as it becomes sensitive. With the last of his strength he then strikes it with a deadly spiral destroying the area, but in reality only hurting it to the point that the opponent flies far back. It is prone to electric users and completely useless to all others. The armor has many pluses, but recently has been amped up by Genroku to an amazing glow more overpowering then before. The bright light from the armor is so strong that it can blind a weak or damage person as the rage of lightning has increased X10 even visible in the picture. E Rank Name: Kawamiri no Jutsu Rank:E Ck:3 Limit: Five Times per Battle; Once per post. Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique. Henge No Jutsu (Transformation Technique) Ck Cost: 2 Description: A user of this skill has the ability to transform their outer appearance to that of another form, which can be a person or object. However, due to the physical restrictions on the body, the user cannot transform into anything extremely smaller or larger than what they already are. Therefore one could not transform into a shuriken or a small animal. Neither can the user transform into an enlarged or distented form of anything (therefore no such thing as a small human-sized adult elephant, or a human-sized ant). Therefore the user must always be within the same proportions as the original form of the object. Also, the user does not gain any extra physical ability through Henge. (i.e. transforming into a cheetah will not give you a cheetah's speed) Henge is dispelled when the user is touched in an offensive matter. Thus after the user hits the target in their transformed state they revert. Kakuremino No Jutsu (Magic Cloak Of Invisibility Technique) CK Cost: None Description: A very basic skill utilizing a sheet to help the user in blending with the background. This is actually only used by Academy students. Nawanuke No Jutsu (Rope Untying Technique) CK Cost: 5 Description: A basic skill that lets the user invest chakra into a rope or chain to push the knot in it in the right way, so it loosens. This is used to escape from a rope binding. Anrokku no Jutsu (Unlocking Technique) Ck Cost: 5 Description: A relatively easy-to-perform jutsu used mostly on stealth missions and when stealing. By concentrating chakra on a basic lock such as a door lock or on a safe, the user can force the mechanism to unlock even without the key or knowing the code. Nothing about the lock will have changed other than it will open once before it locks up again. This skill leaves no signs of tampering. Name: Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit) Ck Cost: 5 Damage: 10 each shot Description: A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag. Kanraku Kibun (Sinking Feeling) Ck Cost: 10 Effect: 1 turn Immobilization Description: This makes the mind of the person getting hit think that he or she is stuck in the middle of the sea and is starting to sink and despite their force they continue to do so. Using his quickness and agility, Rock moves low to the ground and spinning kick to sweep his opponent off their feet. 2,500 Konoha Senpuu - Leaf Whirlwind Konoha Senpuu Character Use: Rock Lee, Maito Gai Rank: D Damage: 20 Konoha Senpuu is a Taijutsu technique utilized by the Leaf ninja Rock Lee. Using his quickness and agility, Lee charges at his target and spins his body to do a flying round house kick on those opponents within his range of attack. 4,000 Ninjutsu Jutsu Name: Dai Raiken (Grand Lightening Fist) Rank: D Chakra: 10 Damage: 15 Ryo Cost: 2,000 Description: The user focuses chakra to form electricity in their fists. This adds a powerful shock to their punches. Jutsu Name: Dendou Kawarimi no Jutsu (Electric Replacement Technique) Rank: D Chakra: 10 Damage: 15 Ryo Cost: 2,500 Description: The technique uses the standard Kawarimi no Jutsu but adds a strong electric charge to whatever object is replacing the ninja. When the replacement is struck, it delivers a powerful shock to its attacker. (Note: Kawarimi is required) Jutsu Name: Denka no Jutsu (Electric Charge Technique) Rank: D Chakra: 10 Damage: 17 Ryo Cost: 3,000 Description: This simple ninjutsu allows the ninja to impart an electrical charge to an object which will give a powerful shock to whoever touches the object subsequently. Mostly this is used to impart a charge to a shuriken, kunai, or other metal weapon, however Chuunins and Jounins may use it to impart charge to objects that are not normally known for their conductive properties such as a wooden staff. Jutsu Name: Tanbou Raikou (Searching Lightning) Rank: D Chakra: 20 Damage: 19 Ryo Cost: 3,500 Description: The user slams one or two palms onto the ground, sending a stream of chakra-lightning into it. The lightning will zig-zag forward (or whichever way the hands were pointing) until it hits a target (tree, rock, person, etc). The more chakra pumped into this jutsu, and higher level the nin, the more powerful and more 'fingers' of lightning can be produced, up to 10 fingers of lightning. Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hiding Mist Technique) Rank: D Type: Supplementary Ck Cost: 7 Effect: the user aim with projectiles is almost useless unless they have a way to feel or see trhough the mist Desscription: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, causing anyone within it to lose the advantage of sight. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Submerging jutsu Rank: D Description: The user will cocoon them self in a puddle of water, waiting for someone to pass by. Cost: 1000 Ck cost: 5 ___________________________________________________________________ Jutsu Name: Mizu Kunai no Jutsu (Water Kunai Skill) Rank: D Chakra: 5 per kunai Damage: 5 per kunai Ryo Cost: 1,000 Description: User forms water into the shape of kunai/shuriken in sets of three or more to be thrown at their opponents. These water shuriken/kunai perform just like normal projectile weapons in terms of accuracy and damage capacity, but several seconds after impacting the target or enemy they revert back to normal water. ___________________________________________________________________ Jutsu Name: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Shuriken Technique) Rank: D Chakra: 5 per shuriken Damage: 5 each Ryo Cost: 1,000 Description: This technique uses nearby water in the same way as mizu bunshin clones, only forming them into throwing stars. They do little damage, being just water, but they can be launched while throwing a real shuriken to confuse the opponent as to the real one. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet) Ck Cost: 10 Damage: 20 Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) Ck Cost: 5 Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers. ___________________________________________________________________ Genjutsu Bakuretsu Kunai (Exploding Kunai) Ck Cost: 10 for 3 turns Whenever the target touches a weapon it seemingly explodes. Even if it’s there own. ___________________________________________________________________ Doro Bunshin no Jutsu (Mud Clone Skill) Ck Cost: 5 Ck per bunshin This jutsu creates the illusion of bunshins that try to reassemble themselves after being hit. They are, however, complete illusions incapable of any real action, and are often used to tire down the unsuspecting opponent. ___________________________________________________________________ Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) - Illusionary Version Ck Cost: 30 Effect: 3 Turn immobilization A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. This Genjutsu variation of the original is for lower-level shinobi. The user performs the hand seals and places his hand near the opponent. If the hands are seen, the Genjutsu proceeds, and a hollow ball of chakra forms around the target. By seeing the hand, the target believes that he is in the Water Prison, and cannot move their body, and the hollow ball creates an image of water around the victim. ___________________________________________________________________ Atsubottai Mizu no Jutsu (Heavy Water Technique) Ck Cost: 40 Effects: slows enemy movement by 20 when on or under water Their weight under water makes if feel like they are 7 times their own weight. C Rank Taijutsu Styles Suiken (Drunken Fist)Name: Suiken, 酔拳, literally "Drunken Fist" Type: C-rank, Offensive, Defensive, Short range (0-5m) Effect: 15 strength and +15 speed, -20 to accuracy and -25 to intelligence/ +15 to Taijutsu An unusual style of taijutsu combat where the user takes in enough alcohol to become intoxicated (hence the name), causing them to become unpredictable and highly dangerous. Suiken is not a fighting style that one can learn or train in, nor is it a bloodline limit, but more of a natural talent that one is born with. By taking even a sip of alcohol, Lee goes berserk and it takes the force of his instructor and teamates to stop him. Suiken is based on the 8 Immortals Drunken Fist style of Chinese martial arts. However, in the actual martial art intoxication is not a factor; rather, the 'drunken' movements are to confuse opponents. +15 strength and +15 speed and -25 to intelligence , -20 to accuracy. 9,000 Gouken Ryuu - Strong Fist Style Gouken Character Use: Rock Lee, Maito Gai Rank: C Effect: +15 to overall Taijutsu Gouken is fighting style utilized by Rock Lee and Maito Gai. Because Lee has almost no Ninjutsu or Genjutsu skills, he has devoted his training to mastering Taijutsu. To that end he must deal significant damage to his opponent to be able to defeat them. The Gouken form focuses on injuring the body and breaking bones, dealing primary damage to the outer body. Attacks like Konoha Dai Senpuu, Konoha Gouriki Senpuu and Konoha Shoufuu fall into this category. 7,500 Taijutsu Konoha Shoufuu - Leaf Rising Wind Konoha Shoufuu Character Use: Rock Lee Damage: 25 Rank: C Konoha Shoufuu is a Taijutsu technique utilized by the Leaf ninja Rock Lee. Like the normal Senpuu, Lee uses his quickness and agility to deliver a series powerful spinning kicks to his opponent. 7,000 Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo Shishi Rendan Character Use: Uchiha Sasuke Rank: C Damage: 50 and 20 to self ShiShi Rendan is a Taijutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke after he used his Sharingan to copy the movements of fellow Leaf ninja Rock Lee. Sasuke first uses the Konoha Kage Buyou to manuever his opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his opponent, Sasuke will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he is unable to make a clean strike, he will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his target's attention and defense to one area. He can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, Sasuke will deftly rotate his body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. 7,500 Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance Buyou Character Use: Rock Lee, Uchiha Sasuke, Hatake Kakashi Rank: C Ck Cost: 15 Konoha Kage Buyou is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. Rock Lee uses the Konoha Kage Bayou to place his opponent into a position to do his Omote Renge technique. Uchiha Sasuke would go on to copy this move to set up his opponent for his Shishi Rendan technique. 8,000 Ninjutsu Chakra Hikari no Jutsu (Chakra Light Technique) Ck Cost: 15 Description: This jutsu allows the user to make a ball of chakra that produces light. Although it canft harm anyone itfs useful for when going in dark areas and good for letting your comrades know where you are if you get lost in a foggy place. 1,000 ryo Kinobori no Jutsu (Tree Walking Technique)/Kabenobori no Jutsu (Wall Walking Technique) Automatic Once Genin Description: By focusing chakra into the feet and keeping it balanced, the user can walk up against vertical objects and cling to its surface. Hitoshizeru Bakuhatsu No Jutsu (Hidden Explosion Technique) Chakra Cost: 20 Description: A simple yet effective technique that forces chakra out from the entire body, blowing out smoke and any small surrounding debris. This causes confusion, and allows the user to escape unnoticed. Useful for sneaky exits. This technique is basically the same as using a smoke bomb, and cannot be used for offensive purposes. It simply creates a large cloud of smoke to allow the user to escape. 1,200 ryo Tessayose no Jutsu (Iron Chain Calling Technique) Ck Cost: 35 Description: With a range of the userfs sight in a general given area, the user slams their hand against a surface. Anywhere on the surface in plain sight for the user calls five separate chains to tie down a target. The chains are made of simple iron but are extremely thick and heavy, but dispel once the target is completely free. This jutsu was designed mainly to fight Taijutsu Human Tank users. The chains are helpless against Ninjutsu techniques. These chains are completely normal save that the user can control their movement. 8,000 ryo Rank: C Name: Mizu Yaba Reign {Water Blade Reign} Ck Cost: 25 Effect : +15 to any melee weapon for 5 turns One day as Takahashi was working on his family jutsu skill Kensei No Jutsu he learned the true skill of water. While training he was able to pull the water in a nearby stream onto his weapon which at the time was a stick. The water stayed on the stick for a good amount of time and strengthened both the stick's damage and the Kensei No Jutsu. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Suiro no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) Type: Supplementary, Short range (0-5m) Effect: The opponent is trapped if not a higher rank then the user lose 7 HP each turn trapped inside Ck Cost: 15 Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a virtually inescapable prison of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one arm inside the water sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This Jutsu cannot be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Kisame has been seen using water clones' arms instead of his own arm for this technique; this raises the issue of what exactly must be held inside the bubble to maintain it. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) Type: C-rank, Supplementary Users: Hoshigaki Kisame, Momochi Zabuza, Hatake Kakashi, Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin no Jutsu than to a normal Bunshin no Jutsu these clones are capable of attacking, except for the fact that each clone's power is only one-tenth of the user. Also, the clones can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. ___________________________________________________________________ Jutsu Name: Mizu Senbon no Jutsu (Water Needle skill) Rank: C Chakra: 20 for 10 needles Damage: 4 per needle Ryo Cost: 5,000 Description: The user performs the hand signs and holds his hands in a triangle with the fingers and thumbs touching. A needle made out of water forms in the triangle, and is then shot at very high speeds. It is fully capable of going straight through a tree, but will turn back into normal water after it stops moving. The needle may range in length from 6 inches to a foot long. ___________________________________________________________________ Jutsu Name: Mizu Yari no Jutsu (Water Spear Skill) Rank: C Chakra: 35 Damage: 50 Ryo Cost: 9,500 Description: A Jutsu which creates a large spear of water about 2-4 inches in diameter and approximately ten feet in length, which can easily pierce through hard rock or even impale a individual/target. ^Chakra shouldn't be 30. 35 is good. ___________________________________________________________________ Jutsu Name: Rain of Needles Rank: C Chakra: 35 Damage: 40 Ryo Cost: 8,500 Description: The user creates a large bubble of water from a nearby source and sends it flying into the air. When the user commands it to, the bubble pops and sends water falling all around like rain. The user then completes the hand signs and the water droplets turn into sharp needles, not unlike the Mizu Senbon no Jutsu, only smaller. ___________________________________________________________________ Jutsu Name: Teppoudama ("Bullet") Rank: C Chakra: 50 for 20 bullets Damage: 40 for 20 bullets Ryo Cost: 9,000 ryo Description: A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seal, the user manifests a large amount of water in their mouth which they can then spit at his opponent as a large spherical projectile. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Water style: Water Rotation Rank: C Description: The user forms chakra around them in a orb, which then picks up water particles in the air. The water particles harden, and become dense with the chakra pulsing through it. There is one way to get through it. Once used, if the opponent hits it in any way, he/she is blown back by water. The user then slams their chakra drenched fists into the ground creating a geyser of water to erupt in a straight line to harm the opponent. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique) Ck Cost: 40 Damage: -60 Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation) Ck Cost: 5 Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.{If used to dodge counts as a Shushin} ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Reflection Clone Technique) Ck Cost: 10 Description: A jutsu that makes the user's reflection in water step out of the reflection and attack as a physical body. This type of water clone is an improvement over the Mizu Bunshin, possessing Chakra, Intelligence, and Physical abilities equivalent to 1/3 the user's. Each clone can be destroyed with a solid blow. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Mizu no Yoroi (Water Armor) Ck Cost: 50 Damage: -30 for 5 turns Description: A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of both the user’s chakra and stamina, and thus can only be kept up for a limited time. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Kirigakure Shunshin no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Instantaneous Body Skill) Ck Cost: 10 Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a spray of fine mist. The user has to have been to the area before and the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used if the shinobi is attacking or has been attacked. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Suikusari no Jutsu (Water Chains Technique) CK Cost: 30 Effect: Restrains opponent for 3 turns Description: Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move. ___________________________________________________________________ Name: Suimenka no Kisoku ( Breathing underwater Technique) Type: Passive Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. Ryo: 45,000 Jutsu Name: Houden no Jutsu (Electrical Discharge Technique) Rank: C Chakra: 20 Damage: 20 to all around Ryo Cost: 9,000 Description: By focusing their chakra, the user is able to convert it into electricity and control it, emitting a strong burst of electricity in a 10 foot dome that deals a heavy shock to all of those caught within the area. If used on water, the area and damage from shock is twice that of a normal use as long as the water covers the total area. Jutsu Name: Kage Rai no Jutsu (Shadow Lightning Technique) Rank: C Chakra: 30 Damage: 45 Ryo Cost: 9,000 Description: Created by the Hidden Cloud Village. This jutsu causes the user's arms and palms to become wreathed in lightning. The ninja can use this to enhance their unarmed strike, or they can discharge it at once, arcing a massive amount of electricity into a single foe. Jutsu Name: Rai Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique) Rank: C Chakra: 10 per clone Damage: 15 HP Ryo Cost: 8,000 Description: The lightning clone is actually a ball of electricity in side a normal clone because the user's chakra sustains the lightning the clone can sustain limited amounts of damage and can also shock its opponent. Jutsu Name: Raikou Hebi (Lightning Snakes) Rank: C Chakra: 25 Damage: 40 Ryo Cost: 7,000 Description: Before the initiation of this technique, the user lays out (or has thrown out) lines of wire. The user then sends chakra that has been converted into an electrical state through the wires, causing them to whip around and shock anything they touch. Jutsu Name: Rairou no Jutsu (Lightning Prison Skill) Rank: C Chakra: 15 Damage: -7 to opponent unless a higher rank. 75 damage to break through. Ryo Cost: 8,000 Description: Variant of Suiton Suirou no jutsu, and required one hand. The user traps the victim in a cubic square of lightning. Willingly the user can shock the trapped victim with a continuous amount of weak electric currents. If anyone else touches the outside of the prison will be shocked. ^Higher ranks can easily escape this. Jutsu Name: Seiteki Shigamitsuku (Static Cling) Rank: C Chakra: 30 Damage: opponents cannot move unless using water. last 3 turns Ryo Cost: 8,000 Description: Sends a weak wave of electricity across the ground. If hit, the object (shoes, feet, arms, legs, kunai, etc), will be seemingly glued to the ground. Water can dissipate the electricity, however, freeing the object. The cling can also be broken by someone with strong physical strength or an equal amount of chakra to oppose it with. Name: Chidori orb Rank: C Description: The user attempts to mold chakra into into a chidori, but unsucessful, and makes a rasengan version of it. It can be used in the same way as the chidori or rasengan, but has less power. This form of it will not kill them, and is not used alot for assassinations, but to keep a distance from the opponet, for this blows back the opponent once hit. Ck: 25 Dmg: 50 Ryo: 10,000(not sure) Name: Re-pulse Rank: C Description: This is done once Tak counters a weapon with his weapon. He increases the vibration of the clash to destroy the users weapon. Ck: 10 Dmg: 0 to opponent, 70 to weapon, 85 to armor. Ryo: 10,000 Genjutsu Tsuiraku Nami no Jutsu (Crashing Wave Technique) Ck Cost: 45 Damage: 75 The shinobi, confident of his "skills", makes a short row of hand seals and raises his hands up, calling a large wave of water from behind them. It is then possible to use a Suiton Ninjutsu which is hidden within the "wave" that hits the target as if the wave itself can hit them. When the "wave" does look like it's about to hit, the illusion breaks, giving the shinobi a limited amount of time to get through with it. This jutsu is not complex, and a Ninjutsu capable of such a task wouldn't be a problem either. The objective of this Genjutsu is to let shinobi perform a Suiton Ninjutsu with a heightened rate of success. (Note: It is up to the shinobi to convince the target that the Genjutsu performed is possible.) ___________________________________________________________________ Tsukaeru no Jutsu (Choke Technique) Ck Cost: 50 Damage: 85 Another low level technique, one that makes it feel like the target is choking under water. ___________________________________________________________________ Chikan no Jutsu (Displacement Technique) Ck Cost: 40 A skill where what the target sees is not where there user really is. The displaced image of the user is a few feet away from their real body leaving the user totally invisible where he truly is. ___________________________________________________________________ Suishi Hitokiri (Drowning Assassination) Ck Cost: 30 more + 10 each turn Damage: 50 each turn + 20 every other turn Prerequisites: Suirou no Jutsu - Illusionary Version The user puts his other arm into the prison. At that moment, the target will then believe that he is indeed drowning, and will feel as if water is in his throat and begin to suffocate. After a while the users hands glow even brighter of the lightning power and the enemies can still hear the noise of thunder. The user will then hit them a few times cutting through them like a drill as lightning does not have the cutting power of wind. This is a good jutsu to finish of opponents quickly as Takahashi created it after seeing the full fury and true power of the legendary Chidori. A Rank Taijutsu Ninjutsu Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere) Ck Cost: 95 Damage: 150 Description: Rasengan was a ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique was taught to his sensei Jiraiya, who then passed it on to the young ninja Naruto years later. Like Kage Bunshin, Naruto would adopt the technique as a signature move and make it all his own. The technique is unlike other jutsu in that it does not require any handseals, it just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact. Thus the technique was pure shape manipulation of chakra, unlike most elemental techniques which are shape and nature manipulation. Hatake Kakashi stated the technique was unfinished for this reason, as the Fourth Hokage did not get a chance to add some form of nature manipulation to it and it was even unclear whether it is even possible for an elemental nature to be added. Naruto dedicated himself to this task though, in the hopes of fusing his Wind elemental nature with the Rasengan's shape manipulation. He eventually succeeded after long and hard training, which took advantage of Kage Bunshin's memory absorption capabilities. He was able to finish the jutsu in the span of a few weeks what would have taken a normal ninja numerous years. The new Wind Element version was thus named Fuuton: Rasengan. He also adds some to his shoulders giving him 2 extra sets of arms with no skin or muscle. The dark glow doesn't shot at the opponent though, it stays in place, and when every tak hits them, a shadow beam shoots out. It is attracted to the opponent's shadow, so it is almost impossible to dodge. Rank: C Ryo: 30,000 Name: Kayuga style: Radiant bone beam ck:65 Dmg:95 Description: The user forms a bone cannon. It has a glossy white color, and has a scope. The user molds chakra into the cannon and fires it at will. It shoots out a radiant white and black beam. Rank: B Ryo: 60,000 Name: Kayuga style: Celestrial dark orb Ck: 75 Dmg: 80 Description: This is genjutsu and ninjutsu. for the genjutsu part, a big black orb forms around the opponent, and shrinks until it reaches it's targets size. The delay can be helpful as a distraction while you move to another area, but anyone can be hurt if in range. When using this technique the user can not use it on people. Its starts with the user holding his or her two blades.The user then charges forward towards their opponent but stopping 3 feet away and starting dashing around trapping their opponent. After images then appear due to the user's speed as shadows of the blade can be seen all around. Thus the name 20 blade the user then charges in slashing multiple times and disappearing back into the images before slashing again for a total of 10 hits before kicking the opponent a great distance away. The justu involves the user tossing out his two spaears revealing a decnt sized cord which retracts and extends to the users need the cord is indestructible and is almost never seen as the user fights. The user uses the cords and short wrist movements. The user continues spinning and gain speed sending them amazingly fast hitting the opponent with the bladed tip of them cutting them and having gravity add damage to it. But obviously this wont work if the opponent comes closer, this is when the skill becomes dangerous. The user moves fast jolting the spears back and latching them because of the strings creating a double spear. One of the spears head will be on the bottom as the other remains on top and the strings lock them. The user can now atack with with either the back or front scaring the opponent and confusing them as they cannot watch and block both with ease. He used to rule the skies with might but was attacked in battle with a ninjutsu which took away his memory and reverted him back to an egg. The egg fell and safely landed in the Hokkiado lake, waking up takahahsi, with a bang. Since then the egg hatched and greew to adult stage when takahashi touched him. All the king knows is that he needs to awaken his real self (The Demon Lion King Ryusen). This is where takahashi's love for lions came from before he made his transformations and jutsus. Takahashi decieded to name him the Silver Eyed Lion King knowing that if he says his real name it might trigger his dark past. The abillity puts strain on the user allowing it to only use this once in a while.
