NOTIFICATIONS to all FOREIGN Scanlation Groups :

Shinmakoku Scanlations hereby announce that we don't approve of our projects
being re-translated (or used for scanlation purposes) into other language(s).
Therefore, please refrain from requesting permission from us about this matter.

However, we would like you all to know, that when we translated these manga
from Japanese to English, we put some of OUR own words into them.
This is to ensure that our versions won't be used by foreign/other groups.
If a group is using our English project stealthily, we can see straight through it.

These groups are working on the same projects as us :

The French group Ai Ni Natte for Suteneko no Karte &
Yachin Hanbun no Ibasho desu.

The Spanish group The Summit ESP :

but we don't have any relationship/connection whatsoever with them.
They all claim of using their own raw scans and translations (from Japanese).

for re-translation of Koi Suru Boukun v.5 ch.2 and ch.3
under certain terms and conditions.

From now on, all demands will be written here on the board for all to see.
And we ask for your cooperation to keep an eye on all the foreign groups.

This notification is by no means accussing those groups,
but to make sure all of our projects are safe from thieves and such.

In this forum, there's no downloads. Only list of projects and progresses.
If you want to get our project downloads, please contact the staffs!

We may be slow right now since we are still very new,
but with more staffs coming, we will scanlate faster in the future! ^^

You can report to me if :

1. You find our translations being distributed in websites/forums
2. You find our projects being stolen by other groups without prior notice to us
3. You find our pictures, avatars, or banners being used by other people

Please send a note to the email address provided in the Contacts section,
and don't forget to include my name! Reply will be granted less than 24 hours.

In the mail, you must provide names and links important to your report.
Without those, there's nothing I can do! Thank you!
