I have a large collection of Kay Nielsen prints. Here are two of my favorites. I used to have this one hanging in my foyer, but I moved and have no foyer now, I don't have a lot of art on the walls yet. Posted Image My favorite painting by him has always been Hansel & Gretel, it was hanging in my childhood bedroom, and I took it with me when I left. Posted Image |

I own various prints I bought off deviantart, I like to support the uh.. arts not yet famous. I never heard of Kay Nielsen, lovin his style tho. Aside from devart prints, I have my own art which I'm sure doesn't count for much! Ha-ha! I.. err.. like art? I would own it and stuff, but I can only buy I can afford off my own sales so.. like.. yeah. I'd buy a Kay Nielsen fer sure. |

Those are really interesting. I love the Hansel and Gretel one. It really captures something darker about the childhood imagination. At my house there's a lot of contemporary art around, it's nothing I picked out, or like really so I'm not going to show it off here. If I was going to buy something, as cliche as it might be, I love Vincent Van Gogh. |

You should try this type of painting, King Lear, since you like to paint. It's an interesting style. |

That's why you're always safe with realism right? Then you're just copying god/evolution/whatever you believe in. |
