The Mars Volta is kickass. If you like Blackfield, you'd probably like Marillion. Give em' a listen sometime and tell me what ya think.

Marillion, I have their new cd. Essence is my favorite song off the album (Happiness is the Road), but I bought it after hearing This Train is My Life. They have some good tracks, I've listened to them on and off for a year or two. A definite good suggestion for the ProgRock fans.

I like Anathema and Antimatter. I wouldn't know what cds to recommend because I download all of my music(legally), but if you like progressive rock that's a little darker you might be interested.

Or you could just rip your ears off and throw them in the oven with Sylvia Plath's head, because you're never going to hear anything good.

Well that's a little harsh. Have you even listened to any of these bands?
