Hey Shadowside! Long time no telling what's going on. For those of you keeping up with the small changes around the site, then I imagine you are aware of the new systems and features put in place. For those of you who maybe missed the first nonexistent memo, I've come to pull you all out of the dark! First up, congratulations to a job well done this Postorama! I can't confirm it directly, but last month may have been the highest ever RP activity on the site! I will do my best to continue to motivate you all in the different ways that I can. I hope you enjoyed the prizes this Postorama as well, though comparatively there weren't that many. As for the winner...well, we won't talk about the winner. He's stinky and dumb. Speaking of which, have all of you noticed the new store in the Student Store area? Yes, that is the Black Market folks. The Black Market will be entirely student-driven, meaning aside from the starting gear, all future items will come from you (staff will also use the same application system)! I hope to see some inventive ideas in the near future. ;) Furthermore, we now have a new Class List online for member usage! Selecting classes for your characters is completely optional, and there's no extra benefit aside from RPing supplement. Still, it's a great tool for fleshing out your characters, as well as having them reach out to new students who serve as their peers. Next up, Kyoryu Island! This brand new island recently appeared to the West of the Twin Campus islands, and it houses some very interesting attractions. The inactive volcano houses geothermal hot springs and mud springs along its mountain side, and lava-burrowed caves allow for deep and dangerous exploration into the island. A thick jungle surrounds the island, and did I mention the dinosaurs? Yes, the miniature dinosaurs. Please check the guide for a detailed list of dinosaurs on the island, as well as certain rules involved. And while we're on the subject of rules, check out the Guide to Fukuoka and Japan by Diss and Nami, as well as the New Player Guide by Diss, and published by Nami. Nami also did the formatting for the Kyoryu guide, as well the updated History of Shadowside. Please give her a well-deserved round of applause for her hard work in making everything pretty! Nami is currently working on updating our affiliate and advertising program, and I hope to have more on that soon. As for what myself and Opp are up to, feast your eyes on the revived CSL 2.5! I try not make promises I can't keep, but I'd like to make a promise this time that I will put an ending to this storyline by the end of August, even if it means taking time away from other SLs of mine (Sorry Sepulchre guys, this mostly means you ): ). The only one I'll also assure in its continuation is my MSL. ...Man, I have a lot of work to do. @_@ In any case, please give Opp a round of applause for helping me out with the plotting for CSL 2.5! Rumour has it she'll also be finishing up her own parts in Tibet and Galapagos soon enough, so look forward to that in time as well. I'd also like to congratulate Silver for putting in some hard work around the requests sections while the three of us have been frolicking about making new stuff for people! I ain't finished, either. A bit belated, but I'd like to give a shout out to KurisuMurei as our Member of the Month of July! Check this out for more details. One last thing.
