Tattoos: Dark bat wings shedding white feathers, over the shoulder blades. A python encircling her left wrist, a cobra the other. On her ankles are two feathers, a black on the right, a white on the left, with a small Alpha symbol on the left parallel, and pair of dice with an infinity symbol displayed opposite it. The feathers are on the outer ankle, the symbols on the inner ankle.
Piercings: Two, one in each ear.
Scars: Two very light xes on each arm. Over her midriff, the scars run deeper, intricate lines. Highly intentional and artistic.
Common Accessories: Bracers covering the wrist tattoos, though the small and light scars are rarely hid. Black leather, and simple practical chains are frequent. As far as gems go, prefers rich emeralds, sapphires, rubies, and opals. Huge fan of gloves, particularly fingerless. Hair is usually either pulled back simply, or loose. Depends on her activity of the moment. Belts are frequently used, leather only with metal accents. Rarely wears gold. Has a penchant for wearing men’s ties. Handcuffs, either worn or just hooked through a belt loop are common.
Warnings: Usually armed. Even when she shouldn’t be. BEWARE. Weapons can hide anywhere. Commonplace locations for concealed weapons are the boot, the belt, the shoulder, and the hair. Blades have also bee nfound strapped to wrists, and against the small of her back with the help of a dagger frog. Do not cross into leg’s reach if unnecessary.

Color- Black is an essential colour of Sybil’s wardrobe. Highly essential. Secondly, is plaid. Rich, traditional dark plaid. Red, blue, green and purple are the most common colours on the black background she gives them.
Lower Half- Skirts are not Sybil’s thing. Actually, she refuses to wear a skirt on principal, so say the reports. Plaid pants are common, but military type fatigues and jeans of varying tightness. Chains can be seen around the pockets.
Upper half- For shirts, a wide range can be seen. Dress shirts are used for more important events, and are the one thing that is seen in white, according to observations. Black is still more frequent, however. Sleeveless shirts often with sarcastic saying are frequent. Leather jackets are the only tope of coat used, though one operative reports a trenchcoat has been spotted now and then.
Shoes- Boots, black leather and of multiple heights are recorded. Other footwear recorded are sneakers, converse and such. Rumours are she has one pair of strappy heels. They have not been seen. Owns at least one pair of black steel toed boots. Also has sturdy martial arts shoes with reinforced toes.

Our psychologists have spent much time on the strange case of “Sybil,” both while she was in custody, and through observation teams careful work. We have also gone over videos of her childhood for a more rounded out analysis, featured below.

As a child, Sybil was known as Aurora. This is her given name, which now prompts a harsh and immediate angry response. She was as one might expect, a very angelic child. She regularly walked around light on her feet, singing, dancing, and enjoying life. Blonde with blue eyes, she was her British Daddy’s little angel. Raised with decorum, she was polite, but still lively.

Due to certain events, however, Sybil has become much different now, at least in public. Private observation reveals moments of the same lightheartedness. Unforuntately, our researchers on that matter refuse to elaborate further. We suspect they were caught and threatened heavily with painful massacres should they tell us more.

As for the current state of affairs, Sybil Serel is best labeled with the diagnosis of Anti-social personality disorder. The mood swings, the general hatred, the criminal record, the violence toward people, the compulsive lying, the increased drives of varying natures, the cut short temper, the cold conning attitude. A dangerous personage for certain. She’s a hazard to society, and if we could actually prove she had done anything, we’d have her. We have reason to suspect many things, but always another has appeared who had more obviously committed the crime. We’ll nab her yet.

Due to the emotional trauma suffered a few years back with the hostage situation in her home, Sybil became a darker person. Her activities took on a shady side, and she’s turned to the back streets. It would be easy to describe her as bitter. Her arrogance has taken over a great bulk of her behavior. Sybil is quick to judge, and is quick to repay an insult. Luckily, there are only a few lines that will fully turn the full force of her anger on you if they are crossed. One of those is the use of her real name, which she loathes. She finds it difficult to let authority figures do it (Actually, she has difficulty letting authority figures do anything involving her) But those who she is under no obligation to obey, will find themselves in as much pain as she can manage to inflict.

The second of those lines that one doesn’t cross is harming and damaging the few things she still seems to a nurse a soft spot for- needless abuse of animals (humanoids are more fun to torture anyway), picking on little kids (Wait till they’re older.) and damaging her garden. That garden is one of her pride and joys. Damaging it is a one way ticket to fertilizer, in one way or another. Sybil is most at peace when she’s training really hard, or working in the dirt.

The face that most people see of Sybil is that of a leader. She is skilled at intimidation and doesn’t hesitate to do so if she feels it’s the right course of action. Usually, she does. A born leader, she has a knack for inspiring her subordinates to do their best. She isn’t very good, however, at advice. It seems to get all tangles up in her head when she tries to give serious compassionate, heartfelt advice. Lately, she’s just been going with sarcasm instead. The other reason she is a born leader is a strategic mind that has learned to work and to change gears on the turn of a dime. Never without a plan, though the quality of that plan can vary.

Through various research we have identified that Sybil’s tastes in furniture, decorating, and such as refined blackwoods, and dark moderate tones of colours are common, as well as spurts of the jewel hues that add a balance, and reminding herself and others of the fun loving side that simply expresses itself new ways. There seems to be an addiction to snakes, as she own three of them, as well as to cats. She owns eight of them, though obviously not all of them came to the school

Perhaps not surprisingly, Sybil is highly attracted, mentally, to magnets and things that work magnetically. She also finds archery to be relaxing, as well as marksmanship in general. She seems to have an attraction to feathers as well. Sometimes they show up in her hair, other times just decorating her clothes. She has a love for the taste and smell of liquorice, much to the annoyance of those who don't like it. Likes sweet things in general, and they can be used to quell her anger if given appropriately. Likes snakes and kittens and dogs that don't dig in her gardens. Has a firm distrust and almost hatred to most males.

Sybil, however, is a violent person. She usually does a minimal talking stage before throwing the first punch, but often talks afterwards, while in the middle of the fight. Quick to the punch. Quick to assume. Quick to Act, and always looking for trouble. She hates waiting. Sybil is somewhat of a sadist lately, and there have been signs of masochism as well. Highly, highly sarcastic.

Father: Jonathon Marcus Serel
-Blonde/blue, Caucasian male of British/German descent. Built like a classical Viking. Rumoured to actually own a horned helmet. Raised in Liverpool, attended Cambridge University, and graduated with a degree in Political Science.
Mother: Helene Belladonna nee Kleftikos
-Black/Green, Mediterranean female of Greek/Italian descent. Has the build and body of a dancer, although currently retired. Taught at Julliard for a few years when she was younger.

The subject’s parents met for the first time when he was visiting his sister at Julliard, and had the opportunity to meet her ballet and exotic dance teacher. A few flirts seem to have passed between them and the encounter was forgotten. Greece, two years later, he’s at a club in Athens, and lo and behold, Madame Helene was there, Known as Belladonna, dancing the night away. Until they recognized each other.

The rest has been explained to us as “Quite frankly, none of your business” by the widowed Serel. By her daughter it was put much less delicately. “Bring it up again, and I’ll make you watch as I feed you your eyeball.”

The two were wed in Greece, and then moved to his hometown of Liverpool. Aurora Delphi was born a few years into the marriage, and she clearly seemed to take after her father, gaining only her mother’s lithe and active build. Her rich skin tone was ignored, though rumour is she tans easily. She did get her height from her mother. But she could be described as a mini, female version of her father. He took it to heart, and she was his darling little girl. And she acted like it as well.

Aurora was a lively child, but usually rather polite. Her tantrums were silent, and infrequent, though sometimes she would yell, she was usually easy to console. She was fairly obedient, and always bright. They moved from Liverpool as she entered the Secondary school age. When she was 14, they moved to Miami, Florida. A dangerous city, but all went well.

Here, once again, events get…fuzzy. Death threats frequent the interrogations on this subject, and most do not come from our people. We have deduced that Aurora caught the attention of a boy at school. A boy who ran a gang known as the Winged Serpents. Other records sho that the leader around this time was a handsome blonde blue by the name of Lucian Kent, commonly known as Luc, assumed to be short for Lucifer. His personal serpent would have a barbed tail and horns, the graffiti records show.

The details of the relationship are fuzzy, but we did get a few comments out of a few old members. And some current. Not all are as fruitful as others. Sybil is unaware any of these exist

That night, Jonothan Serel was murdered in his home. His wife and child left with varying degrees of trauma from it. Aurora abandoned her given name in favor of a mystic Sybil, and gets offended if anyone else uses her given name besides her mother. She also stepped up upon Luc’s incarceration to lead the Serpents. Of course, we cannot prove the Serpents are behind anything more severe than graffiti, but we’ll find it. We’ll find our proof, and bring her in where hopefully she can get some help. Her personality has changed polarly.

The phenomenon of Evo’s Dawn appears to have passed uneventfully for her. At least, as far as she’ll admit. Indications of paranormal activity have arisen, but Sybil denies their effects on her. She’s been expelled from the last local school that will take her, however, and as such, we recommended to her mother that she be sent to Azura as it has a reputation for being able to handle unique cases. Her mother has also suggested she might learn to get along with kids her own age, instead of bossing people around.

This case file is being forwarded to the nearest authority, and a copy to the school, for record keeping purposes. She spent about two months out of scope, in Europe. Some of her gang went with her, but we aren't sure where they went as lost track of them when they disappeared in Liverpool.
