Ktanaqui sighed and looked around her. It seemed that she was in a forest, and she had no clue where she was going. She didn't know what was to be found there, or anything. To keep her company, Ktan tossed her starter Pokemon's pokeball to the ground. A small Eevee popped out of it.

"Hi there, I'm going to name you Starla. You're going to be my girl, and I'm going to take real good care of you. We're gonna have lots of battles and we're going to make you into a really strong Umbreon." Ktanaqui told the Eevee enthusiatically.

Starla tilted her head at Ktanaqui and mewed, as if to say "I don't understand what you mean, but I wish I could."

Ktanaqui frowned, realizing that the small Eevee was just a baby and probably didn't understand her.

"Well, you'll understand eventually, I suppose, as you grow." Ktanaqui said, deciding there was nothing she could do about it, "For now, let us walk around and try to get to the next place, or find some Pokemon or something."

So, Ktan and Starla walked through the forest, honestly having no clue where they were going or what to look for.

You walked along not very far before a sound, not very loud, came in to place. It was a long moan. It continued over and over and started to freak out Starla. Will you risk your chances to see what the moaning is?

Ktanaqui frowned at the sound of the moaning. She quickly realized that it was upsetting the small Eevee.

"Starla, it's nothing to worry about. Come here girl." Ktanaqui explained as she picked up the little girl, "Let's go check it out."

Ktanaqui followed the sound of the moaning, seeing as Starla was calmer in her arms. In fact, the small cat had curled up and gone to sleep. Ktan stopped and watched her for a moment, before she continued on following the moaning sound.

As you entered in to the small area, a trainer was sobbing against a tree. He never stopped crying to look at you, even though he didn't know you were near him.

"Hi?" Ktanaqui said quite timidly, "What's wrong? Who're you?"

Ktanaqui frowned as she watched the trainer continue crying. Starla continued to sleep soundly even though the "moaning" was now louder than before. A small smile crossed Ktan's face as she thought about how cute and fuzzy Starla is. However, she was more concerned about the blubbering trainer.

"Is there anyway that I can help you?"

The trainer stopped for a second, looked at you and got up. "For some strange reason, when my sister and I were on a walk, a huge pokemon came outta no where and took her away." He said, wiping tears from his eyes. "But why do you wanna help? Every trainer who passed by here just walked on by." He asked you.

"oh, that really sucks. I'll help you try to find her if you want? Do you know what kind of Pokemon it was?" Ktanaqui asked.

Starla mewed in Ktan's arms, and pushed a paw out. Becoming silent again, Ktan was well aware that the small kitten was still sound asleep. Hopefully, she'd stay that way. No point in terrifying the girl. It's not like she'd be much help against a ghost anyhow. That would have to be Lavar's job.

The trainer looked from the eevee back to Ktan's face. "Well, when it came out it had a yellow head with a gray body. It had black tentacles coming out of it... I don't even know if it was a pokemon or not." The trainer said. "I couldn't ask you to do something like that. It could come out of no where in this forest." The trainer might turn to protest.

"I see. It doesn't sound like anything I've seen before. However, I'll still help you. I have Starla here, and Lavar. Lavar and Starla can take care of any Pokemon that might attack us. Now come, which way did the ghost go?"

"Well, it appeared, took my sister, and disappeared in to a portal right over there." The trainer was pointing to your left near a tree. "I tried running after them but the portal was completely gone. I don't know what that thing could want with my sister."
