Let's get a few things straight, first:
So! Now that we have that out of the way... how about we get on with the actual rules that you are expected to know and follow? Flaming ... Will not be tolerated under any circumstances. There will be no name-calling or childish behavior. Every Seriahn is expected to act with dignity and honour. If you have a quarrel with a member, talk with the member and try to work it out. If you can't work it out, take it to a higher authority; there are plenty of mods and admins willing to help you solve your differences. Flamebaiting ... Will also not be tolerated. For those who are unaware, flamebaiting is name or accusing another individual with the appearance of or intent to create an argument. Deliberately posting a message or series of messages with the intent to anger another individual is also considered flamebaiting. Posting improper remarks about a discussion or debate elsewhere within the reaches of the Seriahn Company will be treating as flamebaiting as well. Spam There are two levels of Spam here:
Multi-Accounts Multiple Accounts are not banned, but they are not recommended either. For starters, there is nothing to gain by having multiple accounts; trading between accounts is monitered and limited/banned if one account is getting too many benefits from another. Second, it's just more information to watch over. Grammar & Punctuation Proper Grammar and punctuation is required to participate at this community. Occasional "chat speak" is allowed, but "l33t speak" is not tolerated at all. If you wish to participate in the roleplay portion of this community, you must write using proper grammar and punctuation, and your roleplay posts must show that you are putting effort into them. It doesn't require much to earn the right to roleplay - just filling how the Roleplay Member Exam - but you can lose the right and there will be a period of time in which you cannot re-apply. |
