Ingredients: - 1 Kg Beans - 1 Onion - 1 Diced Tomatoes Can - Lemon - Salt - Olive Oil Method: 1- Chop the onion into cubes 2- Cut beans into short tubes after removing the head and stalk 3- Fry the onions with olive oil until they're golden 4- Add the beans that you cut earlier to the onions and fry them with the onions. 5- Add the diced tomatoes to them and stir for 2 minutes. 6- Add salt, and olive oil again and stir; leave for a while on low temp and then it's finished ![]() It is served cold, and eaten with bread. YUMMY! It also smells good! Tell me what you think of it if anyone tries it. |
