Do you excercise? Did you know most Americans are not getting the amount of exercise needed everyday? Usually, most Americans (and others) and students do not have sufficent time to complete these activities. Exercise is very important in an individual's life because just 10 minutes of exercise a day, research shows, increases your life span by about 30 minutes. (Now that's a lot) People are getting obese, overweight due to the amount of opportunites for an individual to easily obtain a fast food product, inexpensively. Our bodies stores fat for emergencies, such as running away from danger and deal with stress but the problem is, there isn't any danger, we don't face starvation as much as we did back then and there aren't large beasts to chase us. This fat adds up and soon become a problem to many people today. Do you exercise? What techniques do you use? Share it with us. What is your lifestyle? |

Ill run u through my week on monday i go to school and get excisersize from walking around and lunchtime then i get home and have an hour of basketball tuesday school wed footy training for 2 hours and school thurseday school and squash which is an hour min fri basketball and hour min with school sat footy 2 hours then sunday just wateva im pretty active but i should be better than i am! |

Only exercise when I go to PE or when it's about my bedtime. Usually, what? 75 pushups, then 8 pull-ups? I still have 6 abs though, trying to grow out 8. |

I need to work out more. I used to go swimming (against my will v__v) at least two days a week and I lost so much weight but then I gained it all back. My friend wants me to go swimming with her this summer so I might take her up on that offer. |
