With breach of the contract (relocating from their agreed area) resulting in instant deportation.? I just don't see how this would benefit assylum seekers at all. I mean, think of the lack of opportunities in the town/district/area they'd be forced to live in with a declining population. I do believe as a country though, we do need to do something to make these areas more appealing...
