I thought of this topic after coming across a 'city' in Southern NSW in Wikipedia. I was just trawling through, looking at random cities in Australia (it doesn't have to be very big/good to be a city in Australia. I mean, comon!) when I came across Queanbeyan. Time to investigate this place.

When I was at Telstra, I kept a running list of all the funny/interesting town names I came across. I wish I still had it, because there are some absolute rippers hanging out in rural areas.
