Changing Avatars

Posts: 264 Group: Members Member #468 Joined: Dec 27, 2008 Gender Female Political View middle of the road	How does one go about changing their avatar on here? I uploaded a new one like I did the last time but theres no button to save any changes and the new picture doesn't show up when I click Use Uploaded Avatar. How do I go about doing this?

It's a negative effect picture of a girl laying on the floor with one leg up and a bottle and a pack of cigarettes next to her. I like how the pink and white were brought out in the picture.
