Being the head gfx-er he has a lot of work and organizing to do that's why he is always so busy. Age:18 Location:U.S.A Rank:Leader Gender:Male Bio:Bell is one of the strongest in Seiiku, even though he doesn't get on as much as everyone else to improve. Bell is also one of the loyalest members of Seiiku. How loyal is he? He's so loyal he stayed with Seiiku even after the short disbanding.
