Limited edition Guitar Hero controllers by Peavey Now I don't play GH, but this seems really odd to me. It's kind of cool, I guess, but I bet those things would cost loads more than they're worth. And that "amp" makes the whole thing just so over-the-top that it isn't even funny anymore. XP |

Considering the fact that the originals look like they were made by Fisher-Price... |

Hehe, they look almost exactly like the real guitars, but yeah, they might cost as much as the real ones too, hehe, I never played GH either, but it does look interesting. |

I want it all.

Not much of a GH fan, but I'd rather play on one of them, than the Fisher-Price style ones. |

Eh, it's a suprisingly fun game. I didn't think there was any point to playing it at all, but then one of my buds bought it and I tried it. Although I do agree that the special controllers would be a bit too costly. I never had a problem with the regular ones. |

They sell for around 400 USD, if I'm not mistaken. That's about as much as I payed for my guitar XP (No, I'm not one of those pricks that think people should be playing real guitar instead of GH. That's dumb. I'm just making a comparison.) The idea is good, I think. It would probably add to the feeling of the game. But for that price, it's not worth it even if it's "Limited Edition". (Well, that and the area of the neck around the buttons looks shifty to me.) |

Well, my origional thoughts were that I would probably have more fun learning real guitar than playing GH, so I would probably but a real one before one of those special controllers. Unfortunately, my friend owns a guitar and we have since learned that I have no aptitude for it. So back to the video games I go!

That's silly, anyone can play guitar. It just usually takes more time and money than one would like XP Which is why GH is good, it lets everyone experience the thrill of playing rockin' songs, without taking nearly as much time and money to reach a point where you play "perfectly".
