Contents: Madole's characters Pixel's characters Vangar's characters Jingleboy's characters Emil's characters Squeaky's characters Imortal's characters Greg's characters Character creation guide: Airship crash survivors! Humans or Mirions, the choice is yours. Humans can be ordinary humans, slave owners, construction workers, etc. Mirions are slaves or servants, some caught from the wild and some born into captivity, so tamer. Mirions Culture: Mirions can speak their native language, which humans cannot speak or understand. This is indicated by green text. Some Mirions speak human language, some do not understand. Many tribes and populations consider the tail to be indecent. They usually cover the tail with a "tail sock" type thing. Those born into slavery do not have this taboo, so are considered uncivilised by the wild Mirions. Appearance: Male Female. They're brightly coloured, but two-toned. Their jaws open three ways, and is lined with spiky teeth. Females are smaller and daintier than the males, but, as they are not mammals, have no mammary glands. They lay eggs. They cover their tails and do wear clothes, but they're very loose around the legs so they can hop further. The spikes on their cheeks sense infra red/heat, and grow longer as they get older. The spikes on their head can be curled or straight, and stick out in different directions. Template:

Kadar: Species: Mirion, Male Appearance: Smaller than a normal Mirion, due to being a twin; two mirions hatched from the same egg. His markings are zig-zagged, with a circle shape on his face. His underbelly and face marking are a light yellow colour, most of his body is a dusty blue, with his hands and feet a darker blue. His tail stripes are also dark blue. He wears a long gown type thing, with a belt around his waist. He has no tail-covering. Backstory: Hatched in captivity, neither Kadar or his twin sister Darka has met their mother (as far as they know, she could be any slave Mirion). He’s quite friendly with humans, as he and his sister were raised by them. By Mirion standards, he’s pretty socially awkward. For one, he doesn’t have a tail covering; doesn’t see the need. Secondly, he much prefers the company of humans. He speaks fluently in the human language, but speaks only basic Mirion. He was travelling on the upper decks with his owner, along with his sister, when the airship was attacked. His owner perished in the accident. Kadar is quite shy and reserved. He doesn’t trust people easily, and has a calming influence on his more outgoing sister. Abilities:
Darka: Species: Mirion, Female Appearance: Like her twin brother, she’s slightly stunted. Her markings are similar to Kadar’s, except she has a star shape over her face, and where Kadar’s markings are light blue, hers are light yellow, and vice versa. She wears similar clothes to her brother, and doesn’t have a tail-cover either. Backstory: Hatched in captivity, she’s the twin sister of Kadar. She likes humans, but is fascinated with natural Mirions and their behaviour. She acts more human than many Mirions, as she was raised by one along with her brother. She takes the time to talk to other slaves more than Kadar, and is better at speaking Mirion than him. She’s outgoing and overly trusting. She doesn’t stray far from her brother. Abilities:
Miranda Templeton: Race/Faction: Human, female Appearance: Mira has short brown hair, usually clipped back out of her face and eyes are brown. She is in her early 20s and stands about 5’5”. She wears smart black trousers and a white short sleeved shirt, with a green cross on the front left (her left). She has a green bag which she wears on her belt, with a white cross on it. Within this bag she carries her first aid equipment. She has a larger backpack which she carries her medical equipment in, such as breathing equipment. Sometimes she wears a long karki coloured coat. Backstory: Mira is training to be a medic, she does have some minor experience working with mirions, but only first aid. From a young girl, she always wanted to become a doctor and help save people’s lives. She managed to convince her parents and she started her training after school. Currently she is doing work at some of the major surgeries around the globe. She’s capable of treating humans suffering from “smog poisoning”. She carries emergency canisters of oxygen and breathing equipment. Mira is caring, and will often put other’s health before her own. She tends to be nervous about doing things wrong, but she’s a good medic, even though she lacks experience. Abilities:
Weapons:
Tiffany Anderson: Race/Faction: Human, Government Agent Appearance: Well muscled, but still looks scrawny. Tiffany has short, bouncy light brown hair which is cut quite short. Disliking makeup, she only wears it when she’s forced to. Generally, she is somewhat masculine and is sometimes mistaken for a boy, which irritates her. She usually dresses smartly in government-issued uniform, along with heavy boots. Backstory: Tiffany was brought up in an average family, with two brothers. Despite being smaller, she’d always win in fights with her brothers. She joined the army as soon as she could, her enthusiasm as well as skill got her quite far, and she was picked to be trained as a government agent when they were looking for recruits which would suit. Tiff follows orders well, and is good at thinking on her feet, if not a bit impulsive. She’s sickeningly enthusiastic about everything she does; always seeing herself as the side of good and justice, whoever they’re up against are all-out evil in her eyes. She respects orders of authority, any moments of doubt are swept away by her work partner Sid’s reassurance. Abilities:

Name: Kayli Scaught Race: Human Female Appearance: Kayli is caucasian, around 5’7” in height with measurements of 34b-28-34. She has amber eyes, and semi-muscular upper arms due to frequent mechanical work. On the right wrist she has an old watch, and on the left wrist a blue sweatband. Her hair is light brown, and at the back splits up into 3 thin upside-down L-shaped ponytails, which intercept through a custom-made hair bracelet halfway down her back. She normally wears a white vest, though occasionally wears a black coat which has an unusual amount of pockets. Kayli wears light-grey cargo pants, held up by a toolkit belt. Her boots are home-made and are sometimes subject to ridicule due to being abnormally large. The boots have a metallic outer-lining, with soft black padding inside which keeps them firmly in-place during physical work. It is uncommon for Kayli to not wear her eye-magnification glass, which rests on her right ear providing a lens which gives her more focus in her dominant eye. Backstory: While appearing rather unfriendly, once Kayli warms up to someone she treats them in her own way of ‘respect’, which means insulting their intelligence and calling them ‘cretin’. Nothing pleases her more than a puzzle or problem solving. After leaving her parents on Earth at just the age of 16, Kayli joined those on Miruis with her extensive mechanic knowledge in an attempt to escape her mundane life. Now 21, she has been in-charge of many Mirion-slave repair crews on various cargo ships over the years. She treats the Mirions with some respect, but still reminds them of their position to humans, more so when they make mistakes. Due to her abnormal boots and her slight aggressive personality, people have taken to naming her “Danger feet” - though not in her presence. Abilities:
Weapons:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Seeb Race: Mirion Male Appearance: Seeb is adult male mirion, around 4’6” in height. He has very serious dark eyes, but it doesn't hinder his polite and good-natured well being around humans. His whiskers are quite long (Around 15cm), and come from his cheeks and chin. Due to the cargo ship crash, he lost half of his tail. Despite this, Seeb still tries to wear a tail sock, though it doesn't look 100% correct which makes him slightly self-concious about it. The fur on his body has slightly faded, and his teeth are rather blunt compared to that of a younger mirion. There are white rings in his fur pattern around the heels and the wrists. Seeb's posture is slightly crouched forward and frail. Around his neck he has a jagged stone tied to some refined lace created from a mirion vine. Backstory: Seeb respects humans, despite their enslaving of fellow mirions. He believes humans gave the mirions purpose in their life, as well as made their living conditions and their ways of life easier. Being born and raised in a mirion tribe, Seeb was captured in his teenage years in a village raid. Since, he has been a slave to various humans in the past 20 odd-years. Throughout this time, Seeb was very loyal to whom ever was his master, and would haven even gladly given up his life for their cause. However, every single one has traded him away, shunning his loyalty. He was on the cargo ship due to being traded on to another location, hoping for a human master who would respect his loyalty. Seeb is very good at both Mirion and English. Abilities:

Name: Morton Lagunov Race/Age/Faction: Human/27/Outlaw Appearance: ![]() Tall, thin, and sickly looking. His skin is greyish, his facial structure reminiscent of a skull with sunken eyes and strong features. He has shoulder-length, oily black hair, tied together loosely with a leather band at the level of the base of his head, this string has a clay medal on it. He takes care to look neat and tidy whenever possible. He wears black trousers, a dark blue shirt with a bright, elegant ribbon tied around the neck, black boots, and a long, black leather coat with blue decorations around the back and the sleeves. He sometimes wears a hat not unlike army officials' hats, with the same symbol as on his hairband. He likes it when his appearance is unsettling. He is left-handed. Backstory: Lagunov is the son of workers on Mirius, who built scaffolds for the cities. He grew up on the streets, learning the way of picking pockets, stealing airships, and most importantly, handling firearms. At the age of 15, he lost both his parents when the scaffold they were working on collapsed. He briefly joined the armed forces (via a forged ID) battling and enslaving Mirions, but he found a much better business selling guns and technology to the aliens, for rare artifacts, slaves, and whatever they had. After having learnt some basic Mirion, Morton left the army at 18, to pursue a carreer in smuggling. He has gained some ill fame, and is wanted in three larger cities. Personality: He is quiet for the most part, due to him being very untrusting of his surroundings. Survival at all cost is his main priority, he doesn't care much for wasted time. He has no hobbies as such, but he likes getting drunk every once in a while, and he finds gambling a good way to asess others' personalities. He is obsessed with appearing as orderly as possible, (possibly because of his past) though he doesn't mind dirtying his hands (and clothes) if the situation calls for it. He has very few friends, but many enemies, and he is terrified of soldiers and other law enforcers. He sleeps with a gun in his hand, and when he is panicking he sometimes speaks with a mild russian accent. He probably trusts humans less than Mirions. In most Mirion settlements on the main landmass, they know of him as The Pale Man. Abilities:
Weapons:
Name: Bolask Race/Age/Faction: Mirion/21/Ml'Daar's platoon Appearance: Taller than the average mirion, but he has somewhat bad posture. Once bright blue and yellow, numerous close encounters with explosions have turned him a smoky dark brown with dirty yellow markings. Bolask wears a mini-poncho that covers his chest and upper arms, loose shorts, and a tail-sock, all of them black with brown zigzags on them. His lower arms are tied with thick human bandages from the base of his fingers 'till the elbow, toprotect his arm from chemical burns or stuff going 'splode and scratching it up. Bolask has lost one of his horns in an accident, and has a long scar across where it had been before. His eyes are usually lazy and hardly ever open wide- even in the face of danger. Backstory: A subordinate of Ml'Daar, he is the mirion that makes things go boom in their team. He is several years younger than Ml'Daar, but the two get on well with eachother, having spent a lot of time together as wee mirions. However, Bolask was never taught how to handle a bow or a spear. He wasn't part of the tribe's military unit until they figured his fireworks could be useful against humans, with some modifications. Since then, he's been on several raids with Ml'Daar, growing ever more proficient with explosives- both human and Mirion. Personality: Laid back, lazy, and likes to take his time with everything. It is hard to upset him, but equally hard to motivate him. He is also stubborn, and slow at times. He has been known to get high off the fumes of his medicine from time to time, a practice shunned by most of his fellow mirions. He is a little introverted, but doesn't find it hard to engage in conversation; that is, if he can be bothered. He enjoys good drinks, and gentle music, but will fight tenaciously when ordered, for the sake of his race. He usually doesn't like working with human materials, but understands the significance of adapting to more advanced technology, and so he has been studying human weapon mechanisms because of this. He doesn't speak much english, and he speaks badly, but he understands most of it when it's spoken, somehow. Abilities:
Weapons:
Name: Sidmus Eduard Burnes Race/Age/Faction: Human/32/Government Agent Appearance: Tall and well-built, perhaps even a little bulky but not disturbingly so. He has short, straight hair, that's brighter blond at the top and gradually darkens towards the lower part of his head. He also sports sideburns. His uniform is reminiscent of old-fashioned suits, with a thin anti-energy body armour undernieth. His appearance in general is strict and formal. Backstory: Sid used to be an army officer for a very long time in several different outposts all over the main continent. His dream was to be an airship pilot, but he failed several of his entry exams, so he took the path of a foot soldier instead. He had excellent records in the war against Mirions, plus a very loyal and obedient nature, and climbed the ranks rather quickly. This is also why he was chosen to become one of the government's special agents. Personality: A gentle and kind person, unless it's time for work, that is. He is workaholic, infinitely loyal to the mainland government of Mirius, and idealistic to a fault. He respects all the old virtues of chivalry, and believes that whatever he does in the name of his mission is justice; This enables him to handle even the ethically and morally complicated missions exactly as he's told. He knows no remorse in his duty, and follows rules and laws flawlessly. He is allergic to both cats and dogs, and has zero alcohol tolerance. Abilities:

Idea get, must join to do eet and CONTINUE TEH RP Name: Ml'Daar Race/Faction: Mirion Appearance: He is around 5' tall and is a bit of a dusty green in color, with a muddy brown for his secondary color. This is a coincidental benefit as it provides an excellent natural camouflage in the forested areas he typically fights in, but provides little aid above the clouds. He has yellow eyes and typically wears a brown tail sock, slightly darker than his flesh tone brown to better distinguish it as his sock so as to not appear indecent without detracting from his natural camo. In the way of clothes he usually only wears a short somewhat ragged skirt-like brown cloth fastened by a belt, which also holds a holster for a Dusk-based pistol he carries for emergency usage against armed humans. Connected to the belt is an over-the-shoulder strap which holds a quiver to use in conjunction with his bow, and on either leg is a small sheath, both holding crude but sharp knives. His head spikes are straight and slicked back, though he lacks any other real markings aside from occasional war paint designs. Backstory: A high ranking military Mirion in his 20s, Ml'daar grew up in a tribe and has never experienced slavery under humans. He was raised being taught humanity was a plague cast from the heavens upon the Mirion people, and told it was his duty to liberate the planet from their oppressive control. While high ranking, he is still a soldier, though Ml'daar generally has an in-control attitude which inspires other Mirion to follow him and he's very capable of making the most out of his environment to further his objectives. Both of these attributes greatly assist with his tribe's raids on human encampments. Due to the warring nature of his tribe towards the humans, they've become quite technologically endowed thanks to various encounters and thefts of human technology, and Ml'Daar is quite proficient with both energy types which he often makes use of with his arrows. Outside of his soldier work, he is a relatively laid-back individual with a curious disposition, but when he's on the job he becomes gravely serious, hunting his foes with a fierce cunning that has made him quite popular with his tribe and skilled at leading his teams. He speaks mostly Mirion, being incapable of understanding most of human speech except for very few words. Abilities:

Name: Felix Weswright Race/Faction: Human Appearance: Felix has dark brown hair and piercing brown eyes. He is just under 6 feet and weighs only 125 pounds. However ever inch of his frame is as tone and developed and he can possibly make it. Felix prefers the color blue and wears a blue button up shirt with black pants and black boots. His hair is not curly but wavey and longer than it should be because he is constantly focused on his younger brother. He has a black leather jacket that he wears when the climate calls for it. Backstory: When Felix was 14 his father, Pankratz, was sent to the chief medical research labratory on cloud city. He took his beautiful wife, Bianca, and his sons, Felix and Devin, with him. They were all excited about their new life, the financial power (I dont know what were calling money) Pankratz was about to recieve was extradinory. However as the ship went toward its landing dock, Mirions attacked, blasting the ship into two pieces. Felix got a mask over his brothers face and then his own before the ship crashed into a burning mass. He carried his brother from the wreck, forcing himself to keep running, past the screaming cries for help and even past the chared remains of his parents. Because of this event, he hates Mirions, although before his father had tought him to respect all living creatures. However, he has not passed these fellings on to his brother because Devin is very pure hearted. Felix does not trust people, probally because for the past 6 years he has been ripping kind people off to get money for him and his brother. He was on the airship with Devin taking a new military sniper rifle to some of his underworld contacts. He was then going to be rewarded with at least 20 times more than he had ever made. When the ship was hit he put a mask our his brother but the ship crashed before he could get one on himself. Felix carried Devin away from the wreck forcing his body to push beyond all limits that he had always been forced to physically obey. He is 20. Abilities:

<UPDATE> Name: Daimura Race/Faction: Human-Mirion Hybrid Appearance: Daimura would appear Mirion at a glance, but she has a slightly more human figure and face, and she sports a head of light brown human hair. Her skin is a dark blue, which is paler on her belly, chest, face, lower arms and lower legs. Her clothes have been repeatedly damaged and repaired, particularly her skirt, which is little more than a single flap on the front attached to a thick band round her waist, and even that is sporting a pair of rips... she also wears an eye-patch on her left eye. The spines on her face are roughly half the length they should be, and her mouth opens the same way as a human's would. Daimura has the same reproductive system as a human being, as well as the same, singular set of internal organs. ((this is an image of her:)) ![]() Background: Whilst there is yet to be any concrete proof of whether Humans and Mirion can inter-breed, Daimura is a similar case, created by a genetic experiment. The original intention was to create some form of super-soldier, combining the abilities of a Mirion with the nature of the Human mind. The test did not go according to plan, as Daimura lacked some of the abilities they wanted (her jumping ability is not as good as the average Mirion, and whilst she is partially immune to the toxic gasses of the lower atmosphere, they do cause her great discomfort) and so the test was abandoned. Since then, Daimura has had the worst of society thrown at her, coming to a climax when her left eye was vaporized by a blast shot from the gun of the agent Tiffany. As a result of this, she has taken on a new ethos: Take great care in what you do, gain as many allies as you can, and have a plan to kill everyone you meet. Abilities: 'The Happy Medium': Being half-human and half-Mirion, Daimura can communicate with both races easier than others might, and she has learned both languages (though her Mirion isn't too good). However, Daimura is often exposed to strong racism, due to the fact that both races often find it horrifying that a half-blood creature exists of them and their enemy. Lawless Fighting: When pressed to fight, Daimura uses a bizarre mix of martial-arts, dirty-fighting and tooth-and-claw to get the job done... for her, no blow is too low, and things like biting and scratching are to be expected. Weapons/Equipment: Shiv: Little more than a peice of curved metal sharpened to a wicked edge and bound with a leather strap, this improvised weapon, or 'shiv' is a dangerous tool, which becomes a deadly weapon in the hands of someone with rudimentary military training... such as Daimura. Key-Card: The access card for the lab in which Daimura was made; it still works, and despite being abandoned, the lab is fully accessible... it has, however, been emptied of most of it's contents ((Notice: Neil has indefenately been 'phased out' from the RP due to lack of activity)) Edited by Harpsong, September 12, 2009, 9:57 pm.
